Delta, Colorado is around 30 miles from Black Canyon National Park, 53 miles from Colorado Monument National Park. Fly fishing in the area is excellent if you are willing to hike and work to there.
Delta is known as the Mural City, the building have mural on the sides and fronts of them. Its worth the walk around town. Visit Mocha Joe's for a good cup of coffee or just a snack.
