Good News For Millennials: They Aren’t Good Enough

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. While we tend to think of millennials as people who think of themselves as hot rocks, a new survey of millennials reveals that 8 out of 10 believe they are not “good enough” - that’s a quote - in virtually all areas of their lives, including work, romance, and meeting expectations. Ah, but it turns out that’s the good news. The Bible tells us that none of us is good enough. That’s why we need a Savior to redeem us from our failures and a Savior to help us meet the demands of life. Paul said, “Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God, who has made us adequate to be ministers of a new covenant.” If a millennial is looking for a source of adequacy and sufficiency, they can find in the indwelling life of Jesus Christ. And that’s very good news.
