Shannon Struzik serves as vice president of people & development for Leonard's Express. Hired last November, Struzik was tasked with advancing an already strong company culture. Drawing on her decade of experience with the Rochester Broadway Theatre League and seven years with Dixon Schwabl, Struzik works with employees to develop leadership skills and empower employees. She is the trucking company's first female executive and has helped start a Women in Trucking Committee at the firm.
