The Athletes and the Arts Coalition
Interested in performing arts? Health and wellness? Then listen to the Athletes and the Arts podcast, hosted by Steven Karageanes, DO, FAOASM and Yasi Ansari, MS, RDN, CSSD. We are an initiative headed by the American College of Sports Medicine and Performing Arts Medicine Association. Our podcast draws upon medical experts from over 20 different organizations in performing arts and sports medicine to discuss numerous health and wellness issues that relate to performers and athletes alike. Our guests will also include professionals in performing arts and sports to give us a peek into their lives and talk about how they cope with their careers.

Yasi Ansari, MS, RDN, CSSD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics practicing in Los Angeles, California.
