The Redshirt Culture Podcast: Recent Episodes

Redshirt Culture

Oh hello there,

We’re Stefan and Tanner - two track athletes at the University of British Columbia who compete in the NAIA and have been sprinting for long distances together since 2016. We’re always talking sports whether in the classroom (remember when we were allowed in classrooms?) or at practice, and we want to bring our conversations to you. We’ll also be able to provide fun stories about our time as collegiate athletes recounting our travels to meets all across North America. Maybe we'll even touch on some topics in culture and lifestyle (this being said, we don't have much style).

It's been a while but we are back. Tanner starts out the episode giving out weather facts about his hometown (0:45) and then move on to a potential jail sentence for TrueRGM (4:40). TrueRGM then talks about his thumb rehab and how his comeback story is going to be legendary (7:30) and Tanner gives his account of getting bloodwork done with an impatient fellow (11:11). Tanner made a big purchase and bought a treadmill because he's committed to the grind (17:40), and he also roped TrueRGM in to buy into another fantasy basketball league (25:40). We spend the rest of the episode talking about our two fantasy leagues, specifically looking at the good & bad team names from our friends (30:50).
