Many of us are tired, we are overworked, burned out and have little time for our goals.
Here I will be sharing how I work on my goals everyday.
Like many people I have a full time job, but also have dreams.
Sometimes having the time to work on my dreams is only when I am less busy - i.e weekends, days off, annual leave etc.
So if you are like me and want to know how you can work on your goals when you are too busy and have little time, check this out. đ

Most people experience burnout often don't see any hope of positive change in their situation.
Earlier this year, it was the same for me.
I was burning out and needed to apply new habits to change my perspective.
If you are feeling burn out, there are things you can do. When you are feeling burnt out, it sucks and at the time you feel that there is no way getting back.
Iâm here to tell you that change is possible. You just have to first recognise why you feel burned out and then identify what strategies can help you reset.
In this episode, here is what I did. It is lifestyle specific but you can see that it is looking at the situation and identifying the areas that need change. Hope it helps.

With our busy and pressure filled lives, staying calm is something we would all like to be.
However, we sometimes get caught in the moment and find that we are stressed and unable to have control over the situation.
In this episode, I am going to explore the methods that I use to become calm when under pressure, as well as a key exercise at the end which you can join in to feel instant calm.
You can use this exercise whenever you need to help resume control, eliminate stress and become more calm.
(The exercise begins 7 minutes into the episode) and I use this technique to help my clients to bring them to a peaceful state
I have been using these methods for years and want to help and share my knowledge. Hope it helps you.
If so please do let me know.

Many of us seek external approval when we embark on change.
But in this episode I am going to explore why you should keep your goals to yourself.
We all love the positive reward when we talk about what we are going to do. But there is a reason why we shouldn't be doing this and what we should consider instead.

Hope you're all doing well. In this short episode, I explore an interesting topic today about why I don't care about seeking validation anymore.
With many of us seeking validation by our exposure online, this can affect our mental health and well-being.
So, I want to look into why we seek validation and how by analysing our surroundings and making slight adjustments can have profound impacts on us.
Since I realised that I was seeking validation from others, friends, social media, I knew changes had to be made.
Since these changes, I now feel happier and stopped seeking approval and validation.
Hope this helps you and please do like or comment if this resonated.

This is a different type of self development episode looking at our end goals and not living with regret in the future.
Iâve been reflecting a lot, and some things have changed recently in my life and I just want to make an episode to help with a way of shifting your mindset if you have goals but feel that something isnât right or you havenât set your end goal.
End goal means that this is the destined outcome, the final thing that you want to achieve. Not like a stepping stone leading to something else, for example I need to be confident so therefore I need to do this, then that and eventually Iâll become more confident.
End goal for me is the example of, that is my dream house and this is where I want to live. Thatâs the end goal as you want that house and thatâs what you would love to have over anything.
This isnât an episode looking at the differences between end goal and means goal or materialistic objects or accomplishments that money can bring. This is looking at you, setting goals which are meaningful and without regret. So Iâm going to look at the end goal in a different perspective.
I have also rebranded my coaching business to 'mind system' looking at ways to change our mindsets by a system I have developed which is interactive, fun, and designed to bring results:

Therefore, over the last 6 months I have been creating a simple TIME based method which can help us stay on track but also balance goals with the limited time we have.Â

We all have goals and want to achieve great things.
The New Year is a great way for us to think about ourselves and what we would like to accomplish.
However, some of us may find that each year, our New Years goals quickly become a thing of the past and we find ourselves within our usual status quo.
