In today's episode we are going to be talking about transgender and why it's on the rise. 80% of todays single family homes are being lead by woman and today more and more boys are going up to want to become woman. Why is this? When did woman forsake their feminine qualities to become more masculine? What is this role reversable doing to our youth today? God created us with distinct differences between men and woman and in today's world those values are getting blurred. I am gong to share my personal experience in when I stopped being feminine and how God is slowly showing me how to be submissive and loving as a woman was created to be. Woman are the one leading our young children in the future and the future is not looking so good ladies.

Today in Chapter 29 Jacob meets Rachel, Laban’s youngest daughter, and falls in love with her. He agrees to work for her father for seven years to have her in marriage. At the night of the wedding, Laban deceives Jacob and gives him Leah, the oldest daughter. Jacob agrees to work another seven years to earn Rachel.
Leah has conceived three times, and these were the first three tribes of Israel.
Challenge of the Day: When you do things for others, do you do it because it is the right thing to do? Or do you do it cause you want to do it and it comes from the heart? What does your heart say when you are doing things for others? This is known as the heart posture.

Happy Tuesday today is November 24th!
I learned yesterday to roll with technical difficulties, which were audio, and there are just some things that happen that are out of your control.
I am sharing how I am managing my inadequacies and insecurities moving forward in my life.
In Chapter 28 Isaac commands Jacob to leave and take a wife from Laban’s daughters, Rebekah’s brother. This causes inadequacies within Esau and since his parents are not happy with his first two wives, he decides to take a wife from his father’s brother. Along Jacob’s journey to his mother’s family, he has a dream which is now referred to as Jacob’s Ladder. This is a huge moment for Jacob because this is when he wakes up to God’s presence.
Challenge of the Day: When was the last time you felt inadequate? How did you manage the emotions of feeling inadequate?
God’s Promise of the Day: Genesis 28:15 “Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.”

It’s Monday, new day and start of a new week to make things happen!
Yesterday was my son’s 12th Birthday and I am sharing how my children changed my life in such a beautiful way that I would walk through Hell all over again to have them.
In Genesis Chapter 28 Esau neglects to tell his father Isaac that he made a covenant with his brother Jacob which was giving Jacob the birthrights as first born. Isaac ended up blessing Jacob and this cause a deep rage within Esau. Rebekah sent Jacob to go live with her brother Laban.
Challenge of the Week: Set a goal that you will achieve by Sunday. Go with what your mind and heart bring to you and believe you can do it!
God’s Promise of the Day: Psalm 100:4 “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name.”

As we get close to the end of the week, I am sharing more of the process of Grief and Mourning. It is so important to go through the process and express all the emotions to move forward in life. Emotions are like a burden that weigh heavy on your shoulders until you “let them out” of your body. Once you release those emotions you will feel relieved and empty to move forward and fill that empty space with loving healthy things. It is so important to share the process of Grief and Mourning with family and friends…there is a sense of closer that happens within the soul.
Challenge of the Day: How have you expressed or released emotions during the process of Grief and Mourning? Do you internalize and isolate or do you surround yourself with others and “let it out”?

Today we are discussing behavior issues and how to address them, I am speaking from what is happening in my life currently.
In the rest of Genesis Chapter 24 we meet Laban who is Rebekah’s brother. He is driven by greed but that doesn’t stop God’s plan for Isaac and Rebekah to be together.
Challenge of the Day: Are you married? Who is the most important person in your life? Who do you value the most? I ask this because God commands us to leave our parents and cleave to our spouse, yet so many of us will still cling to our parents and make our spouse second or third in a relationship instead of making them first.
Verse of the Day: Romans 10:9 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

What a beautiful week it is. I am grateful that I can share the process of death and grief with others and that I have God to guide me through this.
Today has been a change in my emotions. I no longer feel down and depressed…I feel hopeful and joyful for the week to come.
In Chapter 24 Abraham sends his servant to the land where he grew up to seek out a wife for his son Isaac.
Challenge of the Day: How do you process death and grief?
-Do you talk about it?
-Do you write about it or journal?
-Do you surround yourself with loved ones?
-Do you isolate and internalize it?
*When we internalize any emotions, it will fester under the surface and one day it will come out. Internalizing and isolation are very unhealthy emotionally, physically and mentally.

It is Friday the 13th and this is biblically tied to the last supper with Jesus and the twelve disciples. The next day of Jesus crucifixion was good Friday. Many people fear this day and number because it represents the death of Jesus.
In Chapter 23 Sara dies and Abraham purchases a burial cave and property for his family to rest. This is the first woman that is mourned biblically and first acknowledgment in the Bible of how death was handled.

In Chapter 20 Abraham again calls his wife Sara his sister and God goes to the King in a dream to protect Sara.
In our lives we should be spending 80% of our time serving our purpose and the other 20% investing in our growth. Our purpose is our passion and we should look forward to doing it, if you dread what you do every day…you are not doing what your created to do.

In Chapter 19 God Shows mercy for Lot before destroying Sodom and Gomorrah. The only ones to survive the destruction was Lot and his two daughters. His two daughters deceived him and conceived children from him in which came the tribes of the Moabites and the Ammonites.

I am sharing with you how it looks on a diagram when we resist what God is calling us to do. This is what causes our souls and flesh to grind.
Artificial lighting, such as lightbulbs, dries us the moisture in the air which will dry out your skin. Essentially lightbulbs will cause the human skin to age faster by drying up the moisture in your home.
In Chapter 16 Sara does not trust in the Lord’s promises and ask her husband to conceive a child with her maidservant. When the maidservant, Hagar, conceives Sara gets upset and tells her to leave the group.

It is time to set a new goal for this month!
We are talking about how to set goals and doing healthy activities that triggers the reward system in the Limbic System in the brain. When you do things that trigger the "happy" feeling, that is triggering the reward system to release Dopamine and Serotonin into the body. This creates a natural high within the body.
In Genesis Chapter 15, God prophesizes through Abram how future generations will come back to the very land Abram was residing in.
God will prophesize the big picture and we do not need to know all the details to trust He will carry us through the process.
Challenge of the Day: What gets you "excited" or "high" naturally? Do these things daily to help your body naturally release the Dopamine and Serotonin that many chases with toxic drug.

God is showing me there are two sides to every story. In Genesis Chapter 12 we are going to discuss the other side of the chapter.
I am also taking my personal life and showing you how triggers from the past can distract you from your purpose with God. This is how anxiety and depression happen.
Challenge of the Day: Draw out in a picture how you go through emotions that cause anxiety in your life. When you are able to see visually how you respond to triggers, it allows you to not only understand yourself better but also to help you in the future handle triggers so that they do not negatively impact your life or the life of others.
You as an audience are watching how God is teaching me to trust those, He has placed in my life to lead me. In trusting those that are ordained by God to be in my life, I am trusting God will forever protect me through any struggle.

What a beautiful day ladies and gentlemen! As we get closer to the weekend this is the first full moon on Halloween since 1944. In fact, this month in October we have had the rare blessing to have had two full moons in one month!
Today I am reflecting on when God prophesized through me in March of 2019. It was a difficult time for me because I didn't know who God was or what was happening to me. Now as I reflect, I see how God was trying to guide me to Him and His love.
In chapter 13 Abram and Lot were struggling to unite in their leadership on the same land. They both decided it was time to split and go their own way, so Abram gave Lot the decision on which way he wanted to go. Abram ended up getting the land in which God promised to Abram decedents.

Happy Wednesday! Today we are talking about what we put into our bodies. There are some foods that cost your body more energy to process it than you get back in nutritional value. This will drain you over time and cause you to be constantly fatigued in your life. For example: there is no nutritional value in canned vegetables and the way they are processed and packaged are toxic for our bodies, therefore canned vegetables take more energy to process than you get back in energy.
We are also talking about Abram and Sarai in the bible and their journey to Egypt.
Verse of the Day: Psalm 56:11 "In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me."
Challenge of the Day: Critically think about what you are eating. Is what you are putting in your mouth costing your body more energy to process than what you are getting back in nutritional value?

We are getting into the genealogy of where the Twelve Tribes of Israel came from. But from the same decendents came the Moabites and Ammonites, which were the enemies of the Israelites.
These opposing sides of people, came from Noah's son Shem and unlimitly from the creation of God.

Today we are going to be talking about the genealogy of our ancestors that came from Noah. God destroyed everything living in the flood except for Noah and his sons, so every person and every tribe of people came from them. Good and bad, every living thing has come from God. The Holy Word of God is an accurate account of our history, there is not sweeping the facts under the rug.
I am also sharing how I am managing addressing issues to other people in my life. God will teach us how we deserve to be loved and it is up to us to teach others how to love us. When we tolerate or suffocate our emotions, it will make us sick and cause pain and suffering. Today we are recapping from yesterdays Chapter 9 in Genesis when Noah created wine from grapes. When Noah got intoxicated and fell asleep naked he blamed his youngest son and cursed him to be a slave to his older brothers. This is a behavioral problem we deal with today in society. We make poor choices and deflect from taking accoutability by being angry at others around us and blaming them for our emotions.
I am also describing in detail the emotions I am exeriencing and how I am deflecting from facing them and moving forward. I hope that my vulnerability helps open others address their own inner struggles.
Challange for the weekend: Reflect on your week with complete honesty. I suggest recording yourself on your phone or looking at yourself in a mirror to do this. By having to look at yourself in the eyes you will be forced to be honest with yourself.

Here is the Genealogy of man kind from the creation of Adam.
Adam, Seth, Enosh, Cainan, Mahalel, Jared, Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech and Noah. Noah begot three sons Shem, Ham and Japheth.
During the time of Noah God saw the heart posture of man and it was evil and wicked. God was sorry He created mankind and wanted to destroy them with the earth. There was a man named Noah whom God was pleased with and God decided to have Noah build an ark that would perserve Noah, his family and two of every living thing.
This genealogy is our history of our ancestors.

Today we are going to be talking about a woman's menstraul cycle and how the use of tampons cause more harm than do good. 1 out of 78 women will be diagnosed with ovarian canver while 1 out of 108 will die from ovarian cancer every year. How many woman do you know? I have done research on how the woman's body works during the mentral cycle to understand why tampons are not only toxic but possibly causing cancer.
I want to speak about the benefits of a mentral cup, as I have been using one for almost a year and HOW it works is healthy for a woman's body.
The woman's menstral cycle is spoken about in the bible and even God teaches us that the blood that is shed during those days is toxic to the human body.
Leviticus 15:19 19 "And if a woman have an issue, [and] her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even."
This is so because during those seven days our bodies are trying to rid itself of dead blood which is toxic if it stays in the uterus. It is important for women to be using products that allow the blood and blood clots from the uterus wall to flow out of our body naturally. God Bless

This chapter shows how Cain's jealousy over Abel caused him to turn further from God and kill his own brother.
We all have diplayed this very behavior: Our insecurities inside will cause us to reflect our hatred to those around us, but we don't see it as the fault of our insecurities, we see it as the other person is upsetting us or doing something to cause our anger.
In life, everything is a reflection of ourself and our choices. If you are angry it is because you are angry with yourself.

In honor of the first snow fall here is a verse from the Bible that speaks of snow, which is God's love poured on our world.
Job 37:6 “For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.”
In todays discussion we are going to explore the truth in what fluoride is and how it is affecting our bodies. Fluoride is a toxin and just alcohol slowly destroys the liver, fluoride will destroy the tissues in our brain. This Chapter shows us the loving detail of how God created man and woman. He created man first and showed Adam how to love the land and animals on it. It was then that God brought Adam the blessing of a help mate comparable to his and his purpose. Woman came from man's rib so man will see himself in her through her works in life. Woman will naturally do things that give life to man's purpose because she is created out of HIS rib. What beatiful detail God has for us.

David was "a man after God's own heart" even though he had taken another man's wife and had the man killed to hide the infedelity. God forgives all if you seek to change your heart, mind and behaviors. This is called true Holy Repentance in the eyes of God. This is why God so cherished David and David later wrote the Psalms that we all can relate to.
We all have a King David inside of us that needs to be shown the truth of our behavior. It is in seeing the truth that true repentence to God can begin and the heart begins to change to be what God created us to be. The way to change and truth is to call on God who created you and loves you unconditionally.

Recovery from addiction goes deeper than the recovery from the substance. Most substance abuse comes from coping from past tramas of abuse. We must ask the Why. When I came into your house, you gave me no water for my feet, but she washed my feet with her tears and dried them with her hair. You gave me no kiss of greeting, but she has been kissing my feet since I came in. You did not put oil on my head, but she poured perfume on my feet. I tell you that her many sins are forgiven, so she showed great love. But the person who is forgiven only a little will love only a little.” Then Jesus said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.” The people sitting at the table began to say among themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?” Jesus said to the woman, “Because you believed, you are saved from your sins. Idols are things you value over having faith in God and that He will provide what you need. Just as clothes that no longer fit us need to be let go for others to enjoy, when we are spiritually growing in God's Love there are things that no longer fit to who God has created us to be. God created us perfectly just the way we are naturally, so the closer I got to God the less I wanted things that changed how I looked or needed "man made" things to make me feel better about who I was. Letting go to God feels like "freedom and love with wings" When I am doing what God calls me to do I know He has a great purpose for me in that calling.

When have you felt God was calling you to do something and you allowed fear to hold you back. Such as "what would others think?" or "It's not going to work.
" and "I am not good enough or brave enough to do this?". We allow fear to hold us back from God leading us to our blessing. We all have a spiritual inheritance from God yet when God is trying to prepare us for it we choose to take the easy road in life. Taking the road of least resistance will only keep you complacent in life and you will hold yourself back from what God has for you. Face your fears, do what you think you can't do and believe if God called you to do it, He will make the way. Facing hurdles and resistance is meant to challange you and make you stronger.

What gives me hope for living is God. He has carried me when I couldn't walk, He is my eyes when I cannot see and He is the love that feeds my soul everyday. Luke 19:1-10
Jesus entered Jericho and was passing through. A man was there by the name of Zacchaeus; he was a chief tax collector and was wealthy. He wanted to see who Jesus was, but because he was short he could not see over the crowd. So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore-fig tree to see him, since Jesus was coming that way. Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”
Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only. Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended Him.
You have a choice: Temptation is a challenge that can hurt you or change you. What will you do with the challanges of this world? I give them to God so that He can lead me through even the darkest challenges. I know that I can do all things through Jesus Christ and God's word as my light. Conquering challenges with God builds an inner confidence with Him that no one can diminish. God Bless you for reading this and wanting God in your heart.

Every time you see a rainbow I hope it brings you peace because a rainbow represents the covenant between God and man that God shall never destroy man no matter how much man turns against God. Genesis 9:13-15 "I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.
