Opening Text: Ephesians 6:1-4, God is the ultimate father and the model that all other fathers are to pattern themselves after.
The Christian is a new creation who is to live his new life in the realm of faith rather than sight. To do the latter would invite disaster. Text: 2 Cor. 5:7
Many counterfeit God's cry for our attention and allegiance but only Christ can truly satisfy.
When husband and wife embrace their God-given roles marriage becomes harmonious and God-honoring.
Marriage is a gift from God. In this message wives are are challenged to respect their husbands and work, with God's help, to make their marriages the best that they can be to the glory of God.
The New Testament reveals that Christ is the bridegroom and the Church is His Bride. Marriage testifies to the reality of the Gospel- Christ and the Church. Good marriages are informed by the Gospel and empowered by the Spirit.
The book of Esther serves as an example, encouragment and hope to mothers everywhere. Esther is an example of courage in doing the right thing. It is an encouragment informing moms that their life is significant and meaningful because God has called them and assigned them to motherhood. It provides hope because it points to a better and greater deliverer- namely Jesus.
Parenting is one of the toughest assignment most of us will ever receive. It is the Gospel that both informs and empowers us so that we might be the best parents possible.
The Lord Jesus invites you to come to Him and find forgiveness for your sins and rest for your souls.
WORSHIP is that pleases God is Scripture saturated, God-centered, Christ-exalting and Holy Spirit fueled.
