A raw, off the top reflection on racism. This episode looks at whether or not it is possible, to live peacefully outside of colour/culture lines, and without the notion of ‘us and them’. How can we heal from our past, and what is the importance of telling our individual stories. ( pls note error - here is the full scripture that I refer to if you pick it up: Isaiah 5:20 - “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.”
If RACISM had a relationship status, it would read; ‘it’s complicated’. This is not a one sided, one dimensional topic. It’s simply not so black and white. It is not exclusively owned or experienced by any one section of the human race. The truth of what it is by definition is clear. But the expression of what it is to the individual, is heavily influenced by experience and perception. This is the first episode telling the story of my experience with this slippery beast. I believe through sharing we will understand, through understanding we will empathise, and through empathy we will build bridges and restore what has been broken. I believe we are created equal. This is my story, can you listen without prejudice?

How do you define the limitlessness of an immeasurable God? A spoken word peace declaring a God without end, and without boundary. An infinite God who is measureless, without excess, inexhaustible, unfathomable, innumerable, wide open GOD!
Let’s start thinking about what might come out of this season of social exclusion. This lockdown. This brand new season and journey into the unknown. What is God, nature and the earth trying to tell us about our humanity? This is an introduction to BRAVING THE NEW WORLD.
