It was founded in 2003 by psychologist and psychotherapist Dr Menis Yousry and is staffed almost entirely by volunteers who have benefited from Essence courses. Through word of mouth alone Essence has boomed, and now delivers courses in Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Ukraine, Dubai and the UK. Course dates listed below.

Hay House, the World's Leading Mind, Body and Spirit Publisher, has recognised the unique power of the Essence Foundation and recently signed Dr Yousry to share his work around the world through Louise Hay's pioneering publishing company alongside leading thinkers of our day including Wayne Dyer, Jerry & Esther Hicks, Doreen Virtue, Deepak Chopra, Neale Donald Walsh, Bruce Lipton, & The Barefoot Doctor.

Dr Yousry's book is provisionally due for release in September 2011 so there will be much going on behind the scenes between now and then. We will keep you informed along with details of the exact release date closer to the time.
