In this episode, we discuss the importance of guarding who and what speaks into our lives. We will be providing some tips and tools to help you get clarity on what types of individuals should be allowed to pour into our lives.

Successful entrepreneurs, CEOs, ministry leaders, and small business owners understand the value of input in the form of evaluation, correction, or even encouragement. The critical key is knowing who has our best interest at heart when offering feedback.

All people are valuable but not all people should have permission to influence our life. This is why the question is so important, who is knocking at your door?

Here as some Bible references noted in this episode: Galatians Chapter 5:22-23; Proverbs 4:23; James 1:5

This can be a transformative episode for entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and team leaders. One of the biggest motivators in life is those people that we care about the most. At times, we can forget the impact we have over our loved ones, co-workers, or friends daily.

When we are winning in life - it has an impact, when we are not gaining ground, this also has an impact. This episode touches on an example from the Biblical illustration of how one person's win impacts a multitude to fight a win in life!

Topics covered in this podcast: - The impact of seeing a win; who needs to see you win; should vs. can; what questions to ask; and God is not surprised by this...

One of the main goals of this podcast is for you to win in life! We pray that this episode motivates you to win, so others can have the faith to win too!

Leaders are eaters! In this episode, we share our personal experience of how my wife and I gained healing, energy, and clarity through changing our dietary habits. We discuss the importance of water, what foods to avoid, and to "Let food be thy medicine". Special cameo with Violet Detre :)

I suggest trying this dietary change for 30 days, it will detox your body and get you closer to where it should be healing itself and having energy.

Always consult your doctor or nutritionist before starting a new dietary lifestyle.

1 Corinthians 6:19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?

Michael and I talk about his organization Operation Merkai that supports our military transitioning from military service to the civilian workforce. Topics we discuss are: The parallels of the job force, the number 1 thing our veterans need to learn before transitioning, using our skill-sets, and much more!

Our special guest is Michael Thomas founder of Operation Meraki [may-rah-kee], a nonprofit focused on helping veterans combat the challenges they face after conflict and separation from military service. This is done through building community partnerships that address challenges of reintegration with unique mental health programs and employability training.

Thomas, a resident of Pickerington, is a disabled veteran who was a 9/11 first responder. After leaving the service, Thomas saw that businesses struggle with how to utilize veterans and noticed that many veterans leave before their first full year of employment. He has since made it his life’s mission to help both the veterans and businesses work better together.

While starting Operation Meraki, Thomas also works at Veterans Affairs so he can help the population of people like him. He has experience running businesses, IT and Fortune 5 companies.

Operation Meraki is currently offering two different workshop programs: ReEngage, which focuses on transitioning Veterans to a new mission and career path, and ReFocus, a photography program that utilizes creative media as an alternative therapy method.
