(12/10/23) The author identifies himself as Jude (1:1). The Greek is literally, Judas. Traditionally, English versionshave used Jude to distinguish him from the Judas who betrayed Jesus. The writer also identifies himselfas the brother of James and bond-servant of Jesus Christ. Jude is listed as the half-brother of Jesus inMatthew 13:55 and Mark 6:3.

Faith Hope and Love. Growth in one area contributes to growth in the other areas. One never reaches max growth in any of them, it's an always learning and growing experience, as with a life vocation. If you pride yourself on obtaining all the knowledge, You still need to learn more.
Spread the Gospel at every opportunity, when you feel like and when you don't. Be NOT afraid. The battle has already been won. As a Believer, you future is secure, share it.

(3/13/22) This is final lesson in this series.
When a time comes that the majority of people continually reject the God, whether in a city, a nation, a continent or the whole world - Grace runs out.

When does God say "Enough is Enough!"?
This is the wrap up of a study of Abraham's life and his reliance and faith in God. We see his failures and accomplishments through his lifetime and how God ultimately, keeps His Word.
Abraham was an ordinary person, same as we are.
Abraham passed tests and he failed temptations, but he kept trying to pass and not fail. God knew Abraham's heart, just as He knows yours.
"When Grace Runs Out"
Lessons from Sodom and Gomorrah. What is Grace and the different types.
(12/26/21) Patience towards people, places and things. James 5:10-11
Hang on to your faith in spite of current circumstances.

2nd Peter 3:17-18
Marxism (around the world) is on the advance.
objectives:
Demoralization
Distraction
Distortion
Division
Destruction
(10/03/21) Destruction of National Borders is of Satan. God instituted Nations and their borders. That is not agreeable with a one world government viewpoint.
(9\26\21) God has commanded how a Nation should conduct itself and how it should Not conduct itself, and the consequences of both.
(09\01\21) Chapter 13. Knowing truth allows for a changed life, a changed life is not proof of salvation, but is a part of the maturing Believer.
(9/19/21) Judgement at the Second Advent - continued. Taking a look at the "weeping and gnashing of teeth" statements. Learning of loss and ultimate ruin, and how it easy it could have been avoided.
(9/19/21) Israel: a Special Nation. Genesis 26
Out of Abraham a multitude of Nations were created. Those who blessed Israel were blessed by God, those who cursed Israel were cursed. All nations were able to be blessed by Israel.
(5/09/21) As a Christian, you obey the laws prescribed by man, unless they violate the Laws of God.
Be Prepared - Not Foolish (make sure you have Oil for your lamp - before the Master shows up)
Be aware of Sheep in Wolves clothing, in the last generation, the love of self will be the basis for many of those who "serve" others. Not all, but the majority. Just as it was in the days Noah, most men were continually dreaming of ways to commit evil, so it will be in the last generation.
Why did God set up Nations? - The Tower of Babel. Just as in the days of Noah, all people used the same language and they all desired to save themselves (from another flood, which God had promised He would never again do). They wanted to be like God and control their own destiny (they wanted to be more than The God of the Heavens) to make their selves famous above all others (the only "others" that existed was the Trinity). They had planed to make a city, but more importantly to build a tower for their refuge. So God came down and inspected all that thy had done and decided to change the language among them. Each family or each group of families who spoke the same new language separated from the other new language speaking groups and traveled elsewhere and became individual nations. Approximately 70 different Nations. Then they carried out, finally, one of God's first few commandments - "Multiply and fill the earth".
Luke 21:36 continue being on Guard, know what time you are living in. Keep the faith, hold on to your hope that is in Christ Jesus and The Father's Plan that has been revealed in His Word.
As time goes on, more and more people have no respect, nor fear of The Lord. Thus we can relate to the times of Noah before the Flood.
Remember all of these words and concepts? Testing, redemption, permissive will, grace, absolutes, truth, omniscience, gold silver and precious stones? Prophecy, justification, discipline, just and unjust suffering, sin, eternity, love, hate, free will and decision making? It's all in this one.
We find what Scripture has to say about the 5 different Wills of God and how they react and interact with Man
In the last generation, Scripture encourages us all the more that we are engaged in Spiritual Warfare. The world wishes you to think that it is due to divisions between political views and between races and geographical locations. After all the world's viewpoint is that the is no God (the governing entities are god), there are no absolutes (that in itself is an absolute and makes no sense in itself) and the only truth worth upholding is the truth that you yourself believes (or manufacture) to be truth.
The world has become the victim of a lie perpetrated by the enemy of God in an effort to elevate himself above The God. That enemy (Satan) has been judged already and will fail.
God's word does not give the exact form for carrying out "The Lord's Table" but He is exact in describing it's function. It's a ritual (a picture or example which points to the reality - Jesus Christ) The wafer or piece of bread is specified as "unleavened" (leaven equaled to the old sin nature which is passed through the man, since the fall of Adam, to all offspring) We are all born spiritually dead because of the Sin Nature that is passed on to each of us. The Lord's Table is carried out by teaching all of this, the meaning and the function.
God's word gives us instruction on how to build relationships, 27 to be exact. He also gives us 27 instructions on thoughts, actions and attitudes that can destroy relationships. Loving one another and hating one another are two sides of the same coin, it's a moment by moment decision.
One side of that coin enhances your life and relationship with others and God, the other side will grow as a root of bitterness and consume every thought and action ending in ruin. In the last generation, the wrong side of this coin will become more and more prevalent among men, The rejection of God's word leads to no other result.
In the Last Days there will be a spreading of hatred for one another, respect and love for one another will decrease.
Looking at One Another principals that "harm" relationships with others. Such as betrayal, hatred, considering yourself more important than others......
Continuation of Gifts at Salvation (about 20 or so minutes in, there is a short period of tech difficulty)
The Lord tells us what is required in attitude and communication in order for us to live together
Luke 21:29 The Disciples asked Jesus "what will be the sign" of the end time. He told them to learn the Parable of the Fig tree (and all the trees) as a Disciple. The Fig tree is Nation of Israel and "all the trees" are the other nations. There are are required things to be in place before "end times".
Basic One Another principals are being attacked as well as the Founding Principals of Nations, families and the Rule of Law. Continuation of a society (or any free society) is dependent on all of these principals.
Luke 21"25-27
Luke 21:24 dealt with 70 A.D., verse 25 jumps to the very next day after the end of the Great Tribulation. The Second Advent of Jesus Christ
Making the case for the existence of God as opposed to "matter" always existing. What is reasonable after examining the facts surrounding our very existence.
This audio was recorded from the video, it is a defense for the existence of God as opposed to an evolution of "matter"
It is paramount that if you reject the Work Jesus Christ before the Rapture, you will need to know what to do after the Rapture.
Satan is an experienced expert at trying to destroy what The God has created and put together. Free Will, Marriage, Family and Nations. Twisting facts, telling lies and spreading fear and self-doubt.
We have looked at Free Will, and Marriage. Now let's look at what info God has given us about Family
Still giving advice on how the Marriage works, right now focusing on the Husband once more.
A free gift, you can't buy it, you can't work for it, you can't hire somebody to find it for you. It's absolutely free!
Luke 21:23-24 In immediate context, there are two prophetic events, one near in time and the other at the second advent of Christ
1 Peter 3:3-6 More specific information for the wife, and some of these instructions also pertain to the husband.
Do you know why you believe what you believe? Can you make a defense for believing it? Do you believe in anything?
Can you recognize truth? Can you know if it really is truth?
We are following Luke specifically while also looking at Matthew, Mark and John to get the various perspectives. Luke 21:19-22, Jesus is answering some specific questions, at the same time we are seeing how a prophecy can have a "near" and "far" meaning.
1 Peter 3:1-2. Just as the role of the Husband was laid out, so is the role of the Wife.
Might be last Q&A in this series. Again I have to add that some of these questions were not handed to Drue in written form and recording an off mike question is rather impossible. Might be some soundless moments. Over time, one might notice that in Scripture, most verses either directly or indirectly relate to Christ and/or His attributes. That is the main topic in the Bible. Without the obedience of The Son, The Fathers will would not have been accomplished. So some ask "what is His Will?" - it's that all might be saved.
Faith alone, in Christ alone - key to the Gospel. The simplicity of the Gospel is pure and simple. Believe in Jesus Christ and you will be saved. It's simple, not of human works, lest we could boast in our accomplishment. We ourselves do not have the capitol nor any asset with which to buy our freedom from Sin. The wages of sin is death. "Whosoever" believes in Him (Jesus Christ) has life (everlasting), "whosoever" does not believe in Him, does not have life (everlasting). It's a freewill choice.
Resurrection Sunday - Looking at the Week before the Cross (this session and the second session)
Just a question and answer session. Written questions were turned in and Drue answers. These types of sessions are always fun. You never know what will be asked and what topics will arise. Sometimes you hear and learn an answer to a question that you never even thought of to ask.
Matthew 21:10-19 , Jesus asks these four disciples to make a decision to trust Him when they face persecution. Asking them to allow the Holy Spirit to give them the words to make a defense. ( do not prepare beforehand as to what to say in your defense, the Holy spirit will provide a defense that the enemy will not be able to resist or refute).
Ephesians 5:22 - Wives are addressed
5:25 Husbands are addressed
5:32 Comparison of Marriage of Man and Wife to that of Jesus Christ and His Bride (the Church)
Luke 21:10 persecutions and tribulation, but don't be terrified. Nation will rise against Nation and Kingdom will rise against Kingdom.
Never has God gathered together all that is required for completion of a prophecy and then rescinded it.
In the 1st Century their was fear (as a Believer) of the Pharisees. Today their can be a fear of your fellow citizen
John 12:42-50
Last time we looked at the role of the wife, now - men, Authorities have been set up, but not for abusive behavior.
John 12:24-36 Last week before the Cross. The distress of Christ. He came to offer and fulfill the requirements for Salvation , but most were looking for someone to throw the Romans out. In other words they ignored the prophecies of 1st Advent and only accepted the prophecies of the 2nd Advent (judge His enemes).
John 12:24-36, What is the course of action when a Believer, because of what's going on in the world, becomes Stressed?
Luke 21:1-4, Mark 12:42
Summary:
Jesus had just proclaimed the the Pharisees "devoured widow's houses". Mark 12:40
Had the Pharisees just "devoured" this widow's hose leaving her with 2 coins?
Some widows are incredible warriors for the Lord. Luke 2:36-38
The Lord always had a special compassion for widows, which is part of why they were to be cared for uner the Law of Moses. Luke 7:11-16
The responsibility for the care of widows is given to their family first, and then the church. Jas 1:27
Widows also have a responsibility to their family. 1 Tim 5:3-8
Genesis 2:25 The word shame involves:
An awareness of emptiness.
A realization of failure.
A feeling of worthlessness.
A recognition of need.
An exposure of flaws.
Gen. 2:24 Moses is going back to the Garden and explaining in more detail the arrangement of marriage and the relationship of father and mother with the son or daughter as a married couple.
The 8 Woes against the Sadducees and Pharisees. They still have the same world viewpoint that was their fathers.
Continuing the 8 Woes. Whenever you see the term "Woe" in scripture, you can understand that that a wrong has been discerned and "judgement " is coming. The lawyers and religious leaders in early church days have been found wanting and judgement is given. The Scribes and Pharisees have hearts that are far from God. They cheat, steal, lie and will do anything it takes to enrich themselves. (lovers of money and lovers of self). Matt 23:16
All of creation was created out of nothing and then Adam, but it was not good that he was alone.
Gen. 2:15
Summary;
Adam was manufactured, God "rested" Adam in a place that was initially secure.
His role of "rest" involved the service of taking care of the Garden and guarding it from intruders (one of 1st mentions of Angelic Conflict).
His second role was to guard it, so that begs the question "from who or what?
Looking at the "local church" and what God has and has not prescribed. Comparing "function" versus "format.
The greatest and most extended piece of prophecy that the Lord gave the disciples during His time on Earth. This lesson starts at Luke 20:45
-Still looking at the freedom to choose. "True Freedom" is responsible to God, not our own selves.
Key Principal, All of mankind has the freedom to make any decision they wish but are responsible before the Living God for those decisions, Gen 2:16-17 ; Josh 24:14-15
Should Eve have listened to Satan or The God? What are the principals laid out by God concerning roles of authority?
Scripture describes 20 gifts that are distributed at the discretion of the Holy Spirit at the point of Salvation. Some say each believer may receive more than one Gift and others say only one. 10 are described as "temporary" and 10 are described as "permanent". The Gifts are given to help the church body function.
The last lesson found a group of the Sadducee (Theological Liberals) trying to outsmart the Messiah, this time a Sadducee lawyer tries to take over in the attack on the Messiah.
The first group tried to "take away" from God's commands and this group tries to "add to" them.
a. A right means that authority is not to usurp that area.
b. A privilege is something that an authority gives.
God's word has laid out the Spheres of Authority and we will examine them.
It's the week of the Cross. We are going to compare all of the 4 Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John as a whole in order to lay this out. The reason why will be become evident.
There are several different things that the Lord taught the week of the cross that preceded the actual discourse on the Mount of Olives.
They serve to establish the context for the prophetic discourse.
They will include:
a. A Marriage Puzzle.
b. The Greatest Commandment.
c. The nature of the Messiah.
d. Leadership without spiritual sight.
e. True Leadership.
The Sadducee's increase pressure trying to discredit Jesus. In their own arrogance they think an utterly implausible example of Marriage will surely tie Him in knots.
Recovery from sinful behavior requires:
a. Admitting the sin(s). 1 John 1:5-10
b. Turning from the sin(s). 2 Cor 12:19-21
c. Seeking to conquer the Sin Nature. 1 John 2:1-2; Heb 12:4-7
d. Studying the Wor of God in order to live a life Pleasing to Him. 2 Tim 2:15; John 7:17
e. Becomin a "doer of the Word." Jas 1:19-26
f. Persevering in life so as to love God. 2 Peter 1:4-9
Our approach has been to identify spiritual gifts and their functions then identify their functions within the church. Their were temporary gifts and their are permanent gifts.
At the moment of Salvation, the Holy Spirit, through grace, distributes Spiritual Gifts to the new Believer, as He sees fit. This or these Gifts given are a supernatural ability to excel in a given area to benefit the Body of Christ (local and universal church).
Rev 22:20 "Yes, I am going to come without unnecessary delay" Amen, come Lord Jesus.
The final promise of the Bible focuses on the return of Jesus Christ.
The mature Believer believes it, lives it and welcomes it. Heb 12:1-2
5 types of Grace;
Common or living Grace, Matt 5:44-45
Saving Grace, Eph 2:8=9, Rom 5:1-2
Christian Grace, John 1:16-17
a. Growth. 2 Pet 3:17-18
b. Prayer. Heb 4:16
c. Suffering. 2 Cor 12:9-10
d. Gifting. Eph 4:7
e. Stability. 1 Peter 5:10-12
f. Produce Good. 1 cor 15:10; Eph 2:10
g. Life or Things. 1 Peter 3:7
Dying Grace. Ps 23
Surpassing Grace. Eph 2:4-7
God is extremely gracious to His creation, for the purpose of repentance. (change if mind) 2 Pet 3:9, 14-15
God accepts out prayer requests for grace, up to a point. Exo 34:6-7
We are not to push His grace through flagrant and unchecked sin. Rom 6:1-2
Multiple characteristics reflect spiritual immaturity. God's directive will is for us to grow up, His permissive will allows us to decide whether or not to do so.
Church forms and Church Governments. Paul the Apostle established local Churches and appointed Elders (also known as Deacons) to support the pastor or teacher. The pastor or teacher was accountable to God, the Elders and to the congregation. The Elders were accountable to God and the congregation. At the time of Paul, the Church was learning how to govern its local body and we still are today.
A free Invitation provided by God's Grace via the Cross and Jesus Christ. Debt paid in full.
a. Drifted off course from Grace- Gal 5:2-4
b. Failed to accept the ultimate source of Grace- Heb 12:14-16
c. An uncircumcised heart- Jer 9:25-26
d. A tortured Soul- 2 Pet 2:7-8
e. An unstable Soul- 2 pet 2:13-14
f. A Luke Warm attitude about the things of God- Rev 3:15-16
g. Set themselves as an enemy of the Cross- Php 3:17-20
Basic church philosophy concerning Spiritual Gifts. What are the true functions of these Gifts, and how do the different Gifts function together.
What does Scripture reveal to us about Spiritual Gifts? What are they and how do they function within the church body and with the world?
The Living Bread, the One sent from God the Father, The Light of the World, the "I AM" of eternity, Son of God, Good Shepherd, etc.
The Only Celebrity of the Universe.
Sin that is unchecked continues the descent into Evil, for an individual, a nation, or an entire world. Gen. 6, Gen.19 and Romans 1:18-32. It bears repeating.
When the problems of life are attempted to be solved by emotional responses (totally apart from the Word of God) one can end up frantically grabbing for anything to satisfy relief. (people, places, things or events) you wake up the next day and do it again.
The great I AM is asking for a hearing.
Make the adjustments - Literal Translation - Blessed are those who keep washing their long white robes so that their authority will be over the tree of the life and may enter into the gates into the city.
All Believers have access to the New Jerusalem. Rev 21:25-26
Believers who do not quit the sanctification process will have authority over distributing the fruit of the Tree of Life.
Satan, who once distributed God's wealth has been replaced. Ezek 28:16
The rewards are worth the pressure of the testing.
Believers from different time frames and cultures will face different major tests.
This Parable teaches about four different types of volitional response. Matt 13:18-23 Mark 4:3-9 and Luke 8:5-8
a. Those who never accept the Gospel
b. Those who have no depth in their growth
c. Those who are choked by problems of the world.
d. Those who overcome and produce fruit.
Believers who choose to stop growing in the faith become operationally dead (not producing fruit) and can lose the maturity once gained.
This has been known as "Backsliding" and/or "Reversionism". Sin that continues unchecked descends into the depths of evil, for an individual, a nation and even a world. Gen 6; Gen 19; Rom 1:18-32
Elements of Satan's deception. Results end in "what you sow, you reap".
God defines what sin is and Satan, along with man, minimize the list.
Prophecy is also on the list of Satan's attempt to nullify God's word.
Rev 22:6 was the beginning of the Angels close out of this vision to John. You can go back to the 1st chapter and read again Rev 1:3 " Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and heed the things which are written in it; for the time is near. We've seen the Lord saying He will return without necessary delay (without necessary delay, is coming through in the original Greek texts, prime example of the original languages) there are necessary delays. God has also pointed out the He is not slow as some count slow. It's His plan, He is sovereign and it will come to pass.
This prophecy (The Book of Revelation) explains the things that must come to pass before Christ's return. Hebrews 10:23 "Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful" and then to Hebrews 10:25 "Not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near." To those in disbelief, all I can say is give Christ another hearing, time is passing - once in the eternal state your free chance is gone.
The punishment for sin is death, Christ paid that price, in your place on a cross and on the third day He was raised again. In your simple belief and acceptance of that, gives you immediate access to an everlasting life; as opposed to everlasting life in the Lake of Fire with Satan and his fallen angels.
The worst part of that would be knowing eternally, how easy it would have been, not to be there.
Trending fast, is the push against God and His written Word, not that this was never trending, but the strength and tenacity is compounding at an advanced rate. The elite have driven Him out of our schools, sports and entertainment. They have tried to politicize Him and ostracize those who have stated faith in Him. So, how then shall we as believers live? The answer is in His word. Those who scoff at the importance of prophecy (ignoring almost a third of scripture in doing so) will miss some important answers.
Without God there is an emptiness - Why? and how is it filled? How do we get trapped by evil?
How do the lures of evil get a hold of us? As Believers, we are not totally immune to evil, while in the world. Questions - "why is the world going the direction it is?" Big question is "Do you believe God?" *there are "off-mike" answers to some of Drue's questions.
A description of the "Depths of Evil". Comparable to what is known as "The doctrine of Reversion-ism". A sequence of events or a trending of steps leading to a blackout of the soul. Simply put - turning good to evil and evil to good.
A biblical definition of evil - Satan's focus and attacks the 4 Divine Institutions created by God.
Volition
Marriage (and it's relationships)
Family (and it's relationships)
Nations (and it's relationships)
We are warned and commanded not to be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good.
Unbelievers are involved with and trapped by evil, even when not aware of it and are in need of escape from it. Which God has freely offered through accepting the work of His Son's death on a cross.
Chapter 22 is the conclusion of the vision that John had which is the whole of the Book of Revelation. It is a vision of things that must come to pass while completing the current history. In the end the main question for mankind, (human kind if you must) How the shall we live? What must we believe and do you believe the knowledge and instruction that God has graciously given us?
One of the Divine Institutions is Volition, so how , since God is the same today as yesterday, can he see the end from the beginning and have His plan carried out? One would think He might need to override a persons volition from time to time. How can He control History and not deny someone of His own Kingly decrees?
Evil is reprehensible to God. His Omniscience knew it would happen and His plan accounted for it. He does not have to override man's volition in order to carry out His plan. He has seen the end from the beginning and is not surprised by evil, nor can Satan pull a fast one on Him. In His written word are the signs and the escape from it.
As Christians we are to be fishers of men. Satan counterfeits everything as a form of his attacks on the 4 Divine Institutions created by God, Volition, Marriage, Family and Nations. One could also put the Church, (the Bride of Christ) in that list. This topic is pertaining to "spotting" Satan's Fishermen
Literal translation Of Heb 10:7 - "Then I said, "Behold, I have arrived (in the title of the little book it has been written) to do your will, O the God."
Christ arrived on earth with one purpose in mind, to seek and save that which was lost. Luke 19:10.
The book quoted is not the Mosaic Law but a book that contains the Plan of the Ages.
Integral pieces of the "book of the ages" are contained within the revealed and Written Word of God, the Bible
Destruction of Economical Babylon is described as more massive than that of Sodom & Gomorrah and all the nations of the world will mourn it's loss. No more sugar-daddy, to put it in a more contemporary term
Characteristics of Economic (or Political) Babylon. Jeremiah 50:12, .....the least (last temporal) of Nations, ending in total annihilation.... (also noted as shaming contemporary mother nation)
Starting with Rev. 18:22 and finishing the judgment on Economical Babylon. Review - 18:21 - "Millstone" = "Commerce".
Political or Economical Babylon had or has the power and economical engine to spread the Gospel in all areas of the world. It didn't or hasn't, and to whom much is given, much is required. In chapter 17 we were told of the destruction of Religious Babylon and in chapter 18 we are being told the circumstances and events of the destruction of Political Babylon
In chapter 17 we were given the geographical description of Religious Babylon and here in 18 we see the geographical description of Political Babylon, clearly showing they are not the same entities. One sits between 7 hills or Mts. and the other is surrounded by seas.
The New Jerusalem is the Temple.
Some strange (compared to life on this earth) things to consider, no more sunrises or sundowns, no more church fundraisers. No more decisions on how much money to pay for a mattress. No more Dead Sea. Remember during the Trib, all water is contaminated? All water will be pure and emanating from God. (no Chlorine necessary!) No more fruit on trees with worms or other blemishes. When you really think about it, no more Sin Nature, can you even imagine?
Christ arrived with one thing in mind, to seek and save that which was lost. Luke 19:10
Jesus is the supreme example of doing the Father's Will. Matt 7:21 It is not the Father's will that any should perish, either through lack of salvation or discipline for lack of obedience. Mat 18:14
A continuation of the support chapters in Daniel for Chapter 17 in the Book of Revelation
Drue is out and being covered by G2, this is a continuation of his going through chapters from Book of Daniel that cover and explain chapter 17 of the Book of Revelation. In Daniel we learn of the period of 70 weeks prophesied for Israel. The 69th week concludes with the entrance of Jesus into Jerusalem then there is a Mystery pause (the Church) and then the final 70th week (the Trib).
Since after the flood, the advent of the viewpoint developed at the Tower of Babel, has been growing and advancing. One world government and the rejection of protection of the Almighty. Not exactly a winning proposition.
God's Grace does run out. He has given us His timeline, parts of it has no date applied, but He has given enough dates and enough "signs" that will be obvious to those who will learn His word and "hear" what it has to say. He states Himself that He is not slow as some count slow.
He provided the answer to this "Grace running out". He sent His only begotten Son as a substitute, the only true historical celebrity of the universe, a substitute for the penalty of sin. The penalty for sin is death (a separation).
There is one requirement for this payment for sin. The payment has to be made by one who is blameless, spotless, no blemish - no sin whatsoever.
This is what the "offerings" of the Jewish people (God's chosen people) were designed to teach. However, just as mankind has a tendency to do, they trended to their own ideas and in their mind, the offerings became the payment for sin instead of a promise and a picture of the Messiah to come.
The free offer of this substitution payment, has always been the same. You have the freedom to accept or reject the Death of the Messiah on your behalf. Acceptance of this free gift results in everlasting life with God, rejection of the free gift does not rob you of everlasting life, you still have it, but you will survive to spend eternity in the Lake of Fire which was specifically designed for Satan and his angels and followers. God's word has given us some insight about this place. It's dark, it's a little too warm for the word "comfortable" and there is no water. Think about the different outcomes, according to your free will decision. There is a reason why He reveals knowledge of what the Lake of Fire is.
Summary of chapter 17. Cycles of history - never before have all the required entities been in existence at the same time and the required cycles of history together at the same time. (a few off mike questions occur)
1500 X 1500 X 1500 miles. Who is going to be there? Are there days and nights? Choice of foods, your favorite Hot Rod? Are there horses?,Cats? Harps? How about boredom? Some might believe Heaven will be themselves living all alone on a mountain top, perfect panorama and nobody to bother them. Let's see what God has to say about it.
Blaming others or things has become an "art-form". The source of the ability to decide in Man is God. Gen. 1:26
The New Jerusalem. Once again, the importance of the 12 Apostles are mentioned, within the Foundation of the new city.
Poor toilet training as a child simply will not negate your responsibility for bad decisions. Buying a house nest door to the wrong family does not make you a bad neighbor. If you end up in an eternal fiery abode, it is not God's fault.
Since the beginning existence of time , God has been telling us who He is. We have the option to listen to Him, or do our best to shut Him out. It's your decision to accept or reject because, as He has written, His existence is already "in" your heart.
Along with the ability to choose, one is also responsible for ones decisions. The old adage "the devil made me do it" will not hold water. The tendency of people trying to blame their own actions on other people, places or things is one way to reject responsibility and reject one of God's four Divine Institutions. Volition, Marriage, Family and Nations.
As stated before, Daniel 2,5,7 and 8 are a tremendous help in setting up understanding of Revelation chapter 17. G2 will continue where he left off from his last session. Just a note - the 30 pieces of gold associated with Judas was prophesied in in Zachariah 11:12-13, was that missed by the Disciples? Have you missed it? Do you see prophecy (which is almost 1/3 of scripture) as unprofitable?, even though God has claimed all scripture profitable for correction, reproof and instruction into righteousness.
A good understanding of Daniel chapters 2+5 +7+8 goes a long ways to helping understand Revelation chapter 17.
Rev 17:14-18. Chapter 17 and Chapter 18 are two distinct entities. The one in 17 is the revived Roman Empire, this is explained as the harlot that "sits on many waters". Historical Babylon was landlocked. Keep reading, scripture explains itself
Last session we only got through verse 8 of chapter 17, will go somewhat faster starting with verse 9
This verse does not say Good people go to heaven and Bad people go to hell. It does not say that Believers cannot do these things, nor, that believers go to hell for committing personal sin. Neither does it say that those who do commit these things cannot be saved. Both "good" and "bad" people need Salvation. Believers who practice these things are losing rewards, not their salvation. Jesus Christ died for the sins of "all". 1 John 2:2
All Nations are under The God. Rejection does not create His non-existence. Free Will is one of the major Institutions He has created and supports. Freedom to accept or reject His Son. Using free will requires being responsible for ones decisions.
This world viewpoint was 1 introduced in Gen 11:1-9. It's discussed in Rev 17 and 18. Those having this world view point are globalist, socialist and basically wish to be part of those who dominate in a one world government. At beginning of recording , there a a few off-mike questions
Volition
Marriage
Family
Nations
All 4 were created by God. These 4 institutions are what enable societies to work.
Participants in the Final Judgement. In Revelation 20 verse 14, non-believers are given a body that can survive the Lake of Fire, this is the Second Death perpetuated throughout Eternity, separated from God . It will be uncomfortable, but the worst thing will be knowing how easy it would have been to Not be there. God is abhorrent and repugnant to the unbeliever and the most loving thing He could do is grant them their desire of separation from Him for Eternity. It is the last thing He desires. 1 Tim 2:4, 2 Peter 3:9
A short review of Eternal state, and then going over what we are told through Scripture about Rewards to Believers and judgement of non-believers. The Word of God is very frank about the pros and cons of accepting His Son as your Messiah. So that you may know.....
Called "The Day of God" 16:12-16 and begins with the Final battle of Armageddon (which is not the Gog - Magog War. That war is the last day of the Millennium). Human time is done. New Heavens and New Earth.
In the Old Testament, animal sacrifices were taught to show the need for a perfect sacrifice to reconcile man to God and to pay for sin - which they distorted into believing that their sacrificing of animals did actually pay for their sin. In the Millennium the sacrifices will be a Memorial to the Fact that Christ did pay for sin through His own sacrifice in their place.
Scripture describes two Resurrections. 1st Resurrection involves 4 stages. 1st stage - Jesus Christ. 2nd stage - the Church Age Believers at the Rapture. 3rd stage - the pre-church age saints at the second Advent of Christ. 4th stage - the Millennial saints who die in the Millennium. All those in the 1st Resurrection, will not again taste death. The second Death is the Lake of Fire, reserved for the Devil, and those who do not accept the free gift of Salvation (men and angels).
Present day Israel will be greatly enlarged. The topography will be greatly altered and it will be distributed between the 12 tribes.
Rev 20:2-3 The one true enemy (for we wrestle not against flesh and blood) - Known as the Dragon, serpent of Old, the Devil and Satan. Supernaturally chained by another angel and physically tossed into the depths of the Abyss. Satan's attempt to bring down The Creator fails. Is he the ruler of the Abyss? No! He now has to endure the mocking of those in Torments and Tartarus for almost a Millennia, and then to be released for a short time. The reign of the Killer of Men and Deceiver of Men is almost past.
Remember who is there? Members of the Church (Bride of Christ), the 144,000 and those who became Believers within the Trib and survived. Jesus is the ruler and rules from city of Jerusalem which was restored after the Trib and was made larger.
An honest look at the on-going argument between two opposing theologies, Lordship Salvation and Free Grace, according to scripture. Pointing out the concept of revelation, over time, of God's Word. Arguing by shouting scriptural bullet points is pointless and benefits neither viewpoint. Tons of "Commentaries", published on these two subjects are not accomplishing any advantage on understanding. Wouldn't it be more advantageous to ask questions of scripture itself and seek answers from scripture itself.
Preparation for the Bird's Supper. The final Battle. The lights are out - Sun and Moon are not giving light. The King returns along with the Church, His Bride and The King Himself provides light for the whole world. An Angel calls a gathering of all the carrion birds to gather near the valley of the Great Battle.
Scripture does not give us specific info, but quite a bit of general is scattered throughout the Bible. At this time in history things appear upside down, good is called evil and evil is proclaimed as good. A lot of people wish for the Millennium, but they plan on bringing it about without Jesus Christ. The Final battle of Armageddon occurs on the 1st day of the Millennium.
Two different white horses are explained in "Book of Revelation". The first was part of a "Peace Movement" which required oppression and death. This white horse is carrying the "King Of Kings And Lord of Lords". He appears the very next day after the end of the Tribulation. He is not here to congratulate His enemies.
19:7 literal translation ; May we rejoice and may we exult and we shall give the glory to Him for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His woman has made herself ready. The "Bride" is the Universal Church which is composed of both Jews and Gentiles. 2 Cor 11:2, Eph 5:23-33. This relationship reveals a special intimacy, as found in marriage.
It begins with the Final battle of Armageddon. Matthew 24:29-30. It will last for 1000 years with all things subjected to Jesus Christ. The Millennial Kingdom is designed to complete and fullfill all the Covenants to Israel including the Abrahamic, Davidic, Palestinian and New Covenants. Deut 30:1-10
The scene in Heaven just prior to the 2nd Advent. The word Hallelujah, only used 4 times in Revelation, found right here in verses 1-6.
5th - Operation Cleanup, 6th - Winepress. Rev 16:17 A seventh Angel poured out his bowl.....
More on the Entity recognized as Economic or Political Babylon, in whom was found the blood of all the prophets and of the saints and of all who have been slain on the earth, and whom started out as a Golden Cup in the Hand of the Lord.
Stage 1 - Siege of Palestine
Stage 2 - King of North responds to rumors from the N. and returns toward Jerusalem.
Stage 3 - Siege of Jerusalem.
Joel 2:2, Zechariah 9:11-17, Joel 3:2-11, 12-17
Stage 4 - A Great Earthquake, as never before, nor ever again. Read Psalm 97
"I SIT AS A QUEEN AND I AM NOT A WIDOW". Rev 18:7. This judgement is on arrogance and idolatry of the entity that was once described as a "Golden Cup in the Hand of the Lord", but has become 1 of 2 Harlots destroyed during the "Trib". Find notes at website 5/17?20, study of Revelation.
Stage 1; Daniel 11:40 - Invasion of Palestine. Stage 2; Daniel 11:43. King of N. - Fear of getting supply lines cut. (6th Bowl Judgement happens here - Rev 16:12). King of N. receives news about supply lines and returns to Jerusalem. Stage 3; The siege of Jerusalem, Joel 2:1-13. Too much going on here to list, Go the tbcokc.org and get the notes to see example of how scripture fits all the puzzle pieces of Revelation together (notes will be there on 5/17/20)
The Intoxicant of Wealth, Prophetical Babylon and influence on all the kings of the earth. Fallen (Religious Babylon), Fallen is Babylon (Political Babylon). Both entities were referred to as Harlots in chapter 17
Rev 16:1 The 6 Bowls are poured out on the earth just before the 2nd Advent of Christ, at the end of the Tribulation. (Compare Mathew 24:29 and Zechariah 14:1-8)
Babylonianism is continued through the 2 Harlots, Religious Babylon, Prophetical Babylon and the Revived Roman Empire. (Man can save Himself)
7th Seal opened. The Trumpet judgments. 1st 5 trumpets part of 1st Woe, 6th Trumpet part of 2nd Woe. 7th Trumpet is 3rd Woe which is the Bowl or Vial judgments including the 7 Thunder judgments. John was not allowed to write the explanation of the Thunder judgments. Still, mankind did not change his mind.
from: study of Revelation. A mystery explained - Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and of the Abominations of the earth.
from: coming events study Rev 13:16. The Beast out of the sea continues a world viewpoint started at the Tower of Babel - "Globalism", aka One World Government, controlling the ability to buy and sell.
No form for The Lord's Table is found in scripture, but the function of this commanded ritual is found in scripture.
The Dictator of the Revived Roman Empire will try to consolidate and rule the entire earth. A.K.A Beast out of the sea, The Prince of the people, The Little Horn, Son of Destruction, Man of lawlessness and more.
...demons like frogs (identifiable) performing signs, convincing all the kings of the earth to follow the Anti-Christ and fight against the God of The Heaven
The verse Daniel 9:24 and following is one of places in scripture where God has put His entire essence on the line. As mentioned before, the entire Book of Revelation is a summary of all the end-time prophecies found in scripture . In this class Drue will show you, by going into those other prophecies, how God's word tells us what His time-line is concerning wrapping up human history. As a believer, your time-line is not wrapped up. Through your belief in and acceptance of, the work that Jesus did on a cross in your place (not anything you have or can do), you are promised by God, to have everlasting life in Heaven. The Book of Revelation is the revelation of Jesus Christ. Class handout
Darkness and the warriors of earth crying out, all the earth will face the judgment of The Wrath of God.

The World worships the Beast from the SEA, and the Beast is given authority for 42 months.
The Beast out of the Abyss. The two witnesses are slain. The world rejoices and exchanges gifts.
The four Angels at 4 corners of the Earth holding back the winds and the sealed 144,000.
Opening of the fifth Seal and the four horseman. The four horseman show up now and continue until the end of The Tribulation period.
It's revealed to John what the seven seal judgements are. Not a pretty picture, You would not want to endure. That is one reason He reveals them. It is not His intention that anyone of His creation undergo a time unlike any other time in the history of the Earth and mankind
The Worthy is found! The only one that is experientialy Worthy, born of a virgin, hence no sin nature or natural man or old man, if you prefer. That is passed on through the man in reproduction. He lived and died without sin.
It's hard to imagine or comprehend.
this is information about the book of the Seven Seals judgments. Who can open it, anyone??
*First 19 minutes are The Lord's table. I wrangled with myself about cutting these out,but..... they are a lesson within themselves, I just could not do it.
This is instruction from God the Father to John concerning what John has just seen in what we are calling the "Patmos Vision"
These verses are known as the Patmos Vision. Written by John while being in prison on the island of Patmos for spreading God's Word about His Son
The last book of the bible. It explains it's own existence in the 1st verse. "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him (a bondservant aka believer) to show those who accept Him as Messiah, future things that must come to pass". What makes Book of Revelation so hard to understand is that after studying it, one who is familiar with the Old Testament, will learn that Revelation can be termed as a Summary of prophesies of the Old testament and to make the readers understanding worse, the Prophets used by God the Father had no vocabulary for what they were seeing. Example - flaming arrows that smash real estate in pieces rather than pierce. Arrows that make countries uninhabitable and they are shot from another country. Adding to the problem the true meaning of the Greek text is not always clear in English translations.
Includes how this Book is laid out, what you should know before trying to understand it and why should you know whats in it. A lot can be learned when it is taught by studying this Book along with the original text, as always Pastor Drue Freeman explains the Greek in a way that it doesn't sound like Greek to the listener. This will be the 1st of many sessions to help you understand this one prophetical book among many found in the Word of God.
