We get right in it talking about Little League baseball and the controversial left-handed pitcher who was compared to Chris Sale. We're keeping his name out of this because it has nothing to do with him and everything to do with social media glorifying horrific mechanics and then of course not being able to back it up.
A good rule of thumb for baseball is never to emulate a pitcher who has been injured throwing a baseball. Injuries are not good and certainly, we do not want to teach habits that cause catastrophic injury.

That statement was successfully attacked by Mike and Ryan with data for major-league baseball. The link is below. We begin today's show discussing JJ Watt's signing with the Arizona football Cardinals. We discussed his playing career and his ever-mounting and cumulative injuries that have really hampered his ability to play football. Kevin and Ryan differ, and whether JJ white is a Hall of Famer or is Kevin said: "flash in the pan.
Mike goes into great detail about how the baseball swing is a series of mathematical equations, geometrical formulas, and applied physics in a way that is truly amazing and completely easy to understand by anyone, even if you're not a baseball fan.
The question of the day asked whether an athlete should pick a sport or play multiple sports. Kevin answers in a way that is a little profound. He begins his answer by saying every decision at the end of the day comes down to money. Money for a scholarship. Money for a professional baseball. And basically, you should follow the money. Kevin as soon as he answered by saying that all sports basically have the same fundamental movements and it is good to play all sports. He also says that some sports are very hard on the body, like football and basketball may need a rest from playing basketball and football all year. He concludes the answer by saying you play sports to have fun. So have fun. If you're good at a sport and want to continue to play all year round because that's what you want to do, then do it and have fun doing it.
