There's a beauty about people who love to serve and help just because they love using the gifts they are given. What about you? Do you help others with the things you are naturally good at and LIKE to do or are you too busy to let that happen? Have you put your gifts and talents on the back burner?
How often do you talk talk talk to God and wonder why He doesn't seem to answer? Do you ever stop to think, maybe you're not taking the time to listen?
We struggle with this too but we are learning when we stop to listen for God, He desires to answer in amazing ways.
Do you make the most of every opportunity you are given?
The Israelites could have made it to the Promise Land in 11 days but instead it took them over 40 years. Do you think God is more interested in the journey than getting there soon?
God is preparing you for what He has Prepared for you.

We dive into the early stages and the four levels of stages of parenting and really focusing on what it looks like to discipline, train, and coach our kids whether it's our ACTUAL kids or in the classroom, sports team, church, etc! (or even dealing with adults as well!)

Based on the Parenting: Getting It Right book by Andy & Sandra Stanley, we dive into the question they focus on in Chapter 1, Did we get IT right? What is the goal with our parenting and what mistakes do we make along the way?!
We are definitely NOT perfect when it comes to parenting but that's why we seek help and read books about it and we want to share any wisdom we take from it along the way!

No one likes discipline... but the Bible CLEARLY tells us that discipline is good for us. It helps humble us and draws us closer to our creator. We talk about discipline with our kids, with ourselves, when you feel like God is disciplining you and we dive into God's word on all of it!
How we do know? Well, the Bible tells us so!

Yes, we talk about ALL the 'gung-ho' things! How gung-ho are you for your marriage and family?!
We dive into priorities with your family and spouse, picking up the Bible instead of your phone (especially in the bathroom!!) living as if you are roommates with your spouse, how to be 'attractive' for your spouse, what to do when you're being pulled 1000 different ways with your kids activities!
Maybe it's a time to re-prioritize some of the things you do. Do you make the MOST of the time you have in the car, at the events, in the in-between times or should you say no for this season so you can focus on what TRULY matters (your family and marriage)!
