So, that new dawn is here now guys, strength and condition is here to stay. Athletic development is there. We need to get out there and keep on educating and keep getting great results and the first step with all of this is becoming a fantastic coach. Get your knowledge, get your books marked yeah, learn about the physiology, learn about the science, but get out there and get your hands on people. Work for free, building your confidence, build your competence and make sure you're a fantastic coach then you can start charging for your services, then you're going to be credible and then people will come back to you because you are a fantastic coach, you can get results and that's what it's all about but, it's here now, the new dawn's here guys, it's a credible route to take, I support and applaud all of you guys going out there and you know I’m doing the consultancy thing and I’m doing the mentorship thing and I really love helping these ridiculously ambitious people that want to set up their own thing and it's a fantastically credible route now for me.
