Balance is an ongoing process. It is not something you figure out this year and use for the rest of your life. It is something that needs to be updated as much as possible. This is why it is important to set both short and long term goals, it aids a logical approach to balance. Also, remember that success and failure are part of the balance. We need to pay a good amount of attention to both our success and our failure. Whether small or big. You don’t have to dwell in your failure as much as you do in your success but definitely take time to analyze it. Connecting both will help determine the balance, the differences, the similarities between both outcomes. The constant in finding balance is change. Staying steady during these changes is balance.

The objection of the #blacklivesmatter movement is hard to comprehend. We all know that #alllivesmatter. The idea that a certain life does not matter for whatever reason is the problem. We know this and we are addressing it.

An objection to #onlyblacklivesmatter would be a different topic, but that is not what is being said. It never was.

Please, actually take the time to understand. Do not get so caught up in the order of 3 words. #blacklivesmatter is bigger than the words.

In knowledge there is power and we need all the power we can get.

Stop delaying your progress and GET STARTED!

Thank you for listening to the first episode of OT Says, Listen Up! Let's do this!

This episode focuses on conditioning the mind to get started. To get started with whatever it is that we have been pushing to the side or whatever we just developed an interest in. The number one thing that gets in the way of us getting started is our ability to make excuses. As soon as we are able to catch ourselves in the track of going beyond reality and drowning in excuses, the closer we get to take off.

There are many layers to getting started and each layer no matter how small is vital to our overall progression. Think of it this way; we have to start one process in order to progress into the next. If you never start process one, it goes without saying that process two will not be started. The sooner you start one, the sooner you finish that one and move on to the next. It’s starts, on starts, on starts.

Stop delaying your progress and GET STARTED!
