Not so long ago I weighed over 26 stone and I was so unhappy and so depressed.
After being given 8 years to live I I took myself on a journey, a journey filled with lots of tears, laughter, highs and lows.
This journey has saw me lose over 16 stone and I am determined to never ever go back!
I now dedicate myself to living a healthy lifestyle and addressing the issues that got me so big and so unhealthy in the first place!
In order to rise from its own ashes a Phoenix first must burn!!
Above all else I’m just an ordinary guy with an extraordinary story to tell.
