Everyone knows that exercise is healthy, right?

But what if you are new to working out, have been unable to exercise for a while due to illness or injury, or are bored with your normal routine?

You may need a little exercise motivation!

Just like anything else in life, there are times when exercising can seem challenging and we might find ourselves long on excuses and short on motivation.

But have no fear, I have 13 reasons to workout- and best of all, not one of them is weight loss!

What Is Exercise Motivation?

Simply put- motivation is the why behind what we do.

It drives us to do a good job at work, exercise (even when we don’t feel like it), or make healthy food choices.

No matter what fitness goals you have, it’s important to take a few minutes and think of what helps you feel motivated and then figure out why.

Maybe having a workout partner helps you to be accountable because you don’t want to let your partner down, or putting on good music helps you get started because it makes exercise seem more fun.

Or maybe you don’t feel like working out but you want to be able to bike ride with your kids, so that desire motivates you to exercise.

By taking the time to examine where you are in life right now, what your goals are, and what motivates you, your chances of success rise dramatically!

Ready For Some Exercise Motivation?

In this podcast episode, I go over 13 reasons to exercise that can help you discover a few of the reasons you want or need to work out.

These reasons can serve as a reminder of some of the goals you are working towards, and when your motivation is lacking you can remember why you started, what your goals are, and how far you’ve come!

Do you have specific reasons you work out or something that motivates you? Let me know in the comments, I’d love to hear your thoughts 🙂

I really hope this information about exercise motivation has given you a starting point, is encouraging, and empowers you to take action and make the best decisions for your health and wellness!

A stinging nettle infusion is an incredibly nourishing tonic that has anti-inflammatory properties and is a great way to support overall health and wellness.

This herbal infusion is inexpensive, easy to make at home, and absolutely packed with vitamins and minerals.

Nettle infusions can be one of the best herbal remedies for those that are dealing with adrenal fatigue, mineral imbalance, hormone issues, or just feel depleted and need to replenish nutrients.

Unlike isolated vitamins or supplements that can actually cause imbalances, a stinging nettle infusion is a whole food supplement.

This means that the nutrients are actually absorbed and used by the body because it is in the most natural, unprocessed form and includes important co-factors, not just isolated ingredients.

Health benefits associated with nettle infusions include:

And these are just a few examples!

Stinging nettle infusions are a great source of vitamin C, vitamin K, trace minerals, vitamin A, and a long list of minerals and vitamins.

This mineral-rich beverage is truly my favorite way to add nutrition and support optimum health.

One other health benefit- it can also be a great hair rinse!

Which is great if you make an infusion and aren’t able to drink all of it in 2 or 3 days as suggested.

If that happens, use it as a nourishing rinse for your hair.

But, it turns out that nettle infusions are just good for you, they can be great for your garden as well!

Apparently, this herbal infusion is a great option for fertilizing your garden and helping to keep pests away.

As you can see, this wild plant offers many benefits!

So, if you’re looking for relief from symptoms like adrenal fatigue, anemia, seasonal allergies, or hayfever – or just looking to support overall health- nettle infusions may be just what you need!

Are you looking for the best ways to reverse adrenal fatigue?

It can be really confusing when you’re searching the internet or talking with different health care providers, there is a lot of conflicting info out there!

Some health care practitioners will say that there is no such thing as adrenal fatigue (and, technically, they may be right but it doesn’t mean that you aren’t experiencing symptoms!), and others readily accept it and treat patients or clients for this condition.

So, who is correct?

And, if you’re experiencing symptoms commonly associated with adrenal fatigue, how do you start to heal and recover?

Let me help you save time, frustration, and cut through the confusion so you can take the first steps to a life with more energy, vitality, and less stress!!

If you have symptoms such as:

  • fatigue
  • weight gain
  • hormonal imbalance
  • trouble sleeping
  • cortisol imbalance
  • excessive stress
  • feeling tired yet wired
  • dizziness
  • anxiety and/or depression
  • feeling that lights are too bright
  • not able to handle heat or sun

(and there are plenty of other symptoms that could be included in this list!)

You’re definitely going to want to check out these 17 safe and effective tips on how to reverse adrenal fatigue.

Just a word of warning

It is essential that you find information that is appropriate for your situation.

There is a lot of information out there in internet land, and not all of it is good.

Some could actually be disastrous to your health and wellbeing!

(But again, don’t take my word for it-be sure to always research and find what’s right for you, no matter who is giving you info!)

How To Reverse Adrenal FatigueThere are no shortage of books, courses, coaching programs, and health care practitioners offering information to help you reverse adrenal fatigue, but how do you know if it will work?

The truth is- you may not.

Some coaches or health care practitioners offer programs that are one-size-fits-all, and that can work for some people, but everyone is different, which means their needs are different.

And almost worse than that, a large number of health care providers, coaches, and people giving advice have never actually dealt with adrenal fatigue themselves!

That doesn’t mean that they can’t help people, but in my experience, those that have never dealt with adrenal fatigue can lack a deep understanding that is really essential in order to help others.

Those are a few reasons that you see so many confusing and conflicting articles out there. People are trying to help, but either lacks the ability to offer individual treatments or they lack the personal experience and don’t fully understand what their patient or client is feeling.

But, no matter which practitioner you work with or the treatment route you decide to take, the information I give in this podcast can be a great starting point to help reverse adrenal fatigue.

It can even be helpful for those struggling with autoimmune disease, hormone imbalance, and excessive stress.

If you’re feeling like it’s time to take the first steps to reverse adrenal fatigue, then this podcast episode and the tips you’ll hear are just what you need to get started on the path to being healthy, happy, and finding just the right way to heal your body!

In this episode, I’m going to help you cut through all of the confusion and give you simple, but highly effective tips to help you find the best ways to reverse adrenal fatigue!

Here’s what we’ll go over….

Do you suffer from exhaustion, know that there are foods that can cause fatigue, but find yourself trying to make sense of which foods to eat and which to stay away from?

Don’t feel bad! The amount of diet and nutrition advice out there is crazy!!

Should you follow the Keto diet? Or maybe AIP? GAPS? Or just focus on eating real, whole food?

Here’s a little secret- the best diet is not necessarily the same for everyone.

If you have fatigue (or any other health issue) it is essential to feed your body the foods that it needs in order to nourish, heal, and repair.

And figuring out which foods are best for you can be a little bit of a journey.

Why is that, you ask?

Because we are told through commercials, advertisements, and even healthcare professionals what makes up healthy food choices.

But much of what we’re told is wrong.

The information and advice that we are typically given can cause inflammation, leaky gut, yeast overgrowth, fatigue, and a number of other health conditions.

Many of the recommended foods are devoid of nutrients, contain a lot of sugar, are ultra-processed, full of artificial colors and sweeteners, and loaded with chemicals.

Now, I can’t tell you exactly which diet or eating plan is perfect for you, but I can give some general advice that could serve as a great starting point.

In this episode, I list 17 foods that can cause fatigue.

But, don’t get overwhelmed!

If you are just starting to change your diet, choose one thing to eliminate and once you’ve found acceptable substitutions (I give a few ideas that might help!), then you can move on to the next food.

Before you know it, you’ll be healthier, happier, and your diet will be free from the foods that cause fatigue!

Ready to get started?!

In Today’s Episode We’ll Discuss:

  • 17 foods that can cause fatigue
  • Great alternatives and what you could eat instead
  • Other sneaky food additives and ingredients to avoid
  • A few last thoughts about fatigue causing foods

I really hope this information is helpful, encouraging, and empowers you to take action and make the best decisions for your health and wellness!
