I was sexually assaulted and the process of healing caused me to have to dig deeper!
I found things from my past that I hadn’t healed from, like being adopted and the rejection I felt as a result. I learned things about trauma, childhood and self-love along the way that I think are important conversations to be had.
My focus is healing, personal development and reflection, and building a better YOU whatever your situation might be, whether that is post-trauma, breakup, diagnosis, etc.
Let’s talk, heal & get better!
