PRAC-E is ecstatic to share another U.S Podcast Appearance, with Steven Miletto's Teaching Learning Leading Podcast K-12.

This podcast was one of the best we have ever been a part of. Liam and Scott discussed an array of topics surrounding beginning teachers, including the teacher drought.

It always amazes us that teachers from opposite ends of the world can talk to each other, and share the same experiences, issues and problems.

Give the podcast a listen at the link above, or on PRAC-E Podcasts page.

If you enjoy this podcast, be sure to check Steve and his podcast out more! Steve is an insightful host, that always gets the best out of his guests.

This podcast was PRAC-E's first foray overseas, connecting with the Teachers Need Teachers Podcast in the United States. This was a surreal experience, and it provided a fantastic opportunity for Liam and Scott to openly discuss PRAC-E's ethos and motivations.

"New teachers come out of their practicum excited and ready to dive  head-first into teaching. But they often run into the problem of trying  to decide which schools to teach at, being a positive force for students  with difficult home lives, and a long list of other serious issues. How  do they know if a school is right for them? How can they handle being a  long-term substitute or start in the middle of the year? In this  special interview with Liam Auliciems and Scott Harding, the founders of  Prac-E, we answer these questions plus discuss what to do if your  school has a toxic culture."

Prac-E believes education is the most unsuspectingly demanding profession a young student can pursue. Because of that, teachers should receive the support they need, in the medium they want it in.

Prac-E lets teachers do what they do best, and that is to support young students. Here you will find articles, videos, and podcasts that answer all of your burning pedagogical questions from different educational experts with years of real-world classroom experience.

Prac-E is the presenter of Prac-E Symposiums, where a panel of educational experts demystifies the profession for pre-service teachers in a symposium format. This initiative was featured on the ABC News, where reporter Nathan Morris stated,

"Teaching is a complex job, and it can be daunting for teachers just starting... Prac-E has been organising events where experienced educators share experiences and offer advice to graduating teachers."

In 2018, Prac-E held its inaugural symposium at QUT's Stepping Out Conference, in front of 400 members of their graduating BEd cohort. After co-founder Liam D. Auliciems presented at ETAQ's Beginning Teachers' Day, Symposium II was held at Music Industry College, which was recorded by the ABC and featured some of Australia's lead educational experts.

Prac-E is the creator of the Prac Teacher 101 series, as well as #ASKPRACEANYTHING. Prac-E has also launched the Prac-E Podcast, which is available on Anchor, Spotify, and iTunes Apple Podcasts.
