I recall one time in meditation I saw the imagery of a gift exchange. I arrive at the Holy Spirit’s Service counter and I can exchange any grievance I may have to that of a miracle. No questions asked. No receipt needed. No explanations. I simply hand over the grievance in whatever form it may be and receive the gift of Light. That is exactly how it played out in my vision in meditation. I’m glad I recalled this today.

I am grateful to know that “God goes with me wherever I go” whenever I begin to feel overwhelmed, ill, or out of sorts in any way . So too can I know that God is my strength. I can be where I am without any judgment.
If it helps, I can do a body scan and see where I am uncomfortable, then do a mind scan and see what thoughts are feelings are predominant, and tune into my need for peace, safety and loving kindness.

Indeed we are all blessed as the Son of God. I am entitled to be happy as my birthright. I am entitled to saying I AM HAPPY! I AM PEACEFUL! I AM LOVING! I AM CONTENTED!
Too often we do not accept our entitlement, our gift that is from God. We can have quietness, calm and assurance. However, we talk ourselves out of all of this all the time. We are unworthy, we have to do XYZ before we can accept the blessing.
