Today’s guest is an Intuitive Energy Healer and Teacher. Devon DeGilio is a beautiful friend, who I met and connected with on a retreat earlier this year. The episode begins with her dropping in and cultivating a space of present, mindful awareness. After years of living her dream as a special education teacher, her dream began to change, and as we all know one constant in life is change. She then dove head first into spiritual entrepreneurship. And Reiki was her doorway into a deeper understanding of spirituality and healing. And from there she continues to tap into the ever evolving potential of our being. We also talk about the ability to create heaven on earth now, and realizing it’s nothing we need to wait for.

Have you ever felt jealousy, lack, or envy toward someone who achieved, accomplished, or did something you wanted to do? We all have at one time or many times over the course of our life. It's pretty common in our culture and society to feel this way when we see someone having something that we want. But the beautiful thing is that we can choose to think and feel a different way when a situation like this arises. In this episode, Justin shares a personal story of how he was feeling this way one day and how he was able to change his thoughts to ones of abundance, thanks, and love. When we can consistently shift these sorts of situations, which occur countless times over our life, and see them through the lens of love we live much happier, joyful, and peaceful lives.

He’s the Founder of Dreamer State University which is a community to love, support and encourage one another as you chase your dreams. Essentially it’s built for dreamers, entrepreneurs, and creatives in their 20-30’s who are making their dream life a reality. Too often we’re told to get a stable 9-5 career to pay the bills and we end up working at jobs we hate for a lifetime. Timmy is here to help people break free from this, live a life of purpose, and step into the truth of who they are as they’re encouraged to pursue their dreams with a community of like-minded and like-hearted individuals. We get into so many deep and beautiful aspects of life during our conversation, and I couldn’t be more grateful that you’re here to share and be a part of it with us.

Liz Leonard will guide you deep into your darkness so you can truly heal on all levels as she believes that your darkness is essential for your rebirth. Liz and I met at a retreat this year and instantly rejected each others teachings as Liz heals through your darkness and I focus more on the light. But after just a moment we each got curious, kept our minds open, and realized we are the beautiful yin and yang to each other, and that true healing comes through both. She will help you befriend your anxiety, understand that it’s a symptom and not the root cause, and look at it in a totally different way…as a message from your body that it’s feeling out of alignment. There aren’t enough words to describe how special it is for me to have this guest on the podcast and how much it truly means to me. Neale Donald Walsch’s books have completely transformed my life, how I show up everyday, and how I perceive this reality we live in. He has given me the most profound teachings, understandings, and insight of how to live a life of love. And he’s shown me a God that’s pure love and loves unconditionally, for which I will always be grateful. A lot of the things I talk about on The Spread Love Movement pages and podcast about our oneness, love, forgiveness etc are inspired by Neale and his books. During this episode Neale shares a 6 step process to how anyone can open themselves up and be in tune to receive communication from God and have their own conversations with God. How it’s important to remove our belief in a separation theology because that produces a separation cosmology, which produces a separation psychology, which produces a separation sociology, which produces a separation pathology. From all the many messages he’s received from God, he shares the most important one for humankind to understand and embrace. And he will show you a God that loves you unconditionally.

Today’s guest will teach you, guide you, and help transform your life through the art of surrender. Kute Blackson is a Teacher and Best-selling Author of YOU. ARE. THE. When in reality it means quite the opposite and Kute goes deep in explaining what this act truly looks like and what it means to surrender. He also shares personal stories about him following his inner guidance which lead him to the exact right table at a restaurant in Thailand where he met someone he had wanted to meet for years and that when he was finally given his big break after years of hardship he declined it because even though his mind said yes, his inner guidance gave a resounding no. This episode is a live audio recording I took of myself the other day when I found myself in an ordinary, every day sort of frustrating situation. I recorded it right after the situation had passed talking about how through my thoughts and awareness I changed my state from one of frustration and anger to one of joy, happiness and playfulness. This example can relate to any sort of annoying circumstance that we may find ourselves in and I hope that it helps you to change your thoughts and find peace in these common moments in our lives. When we can replace these moments of negative thought with ones of positive thought and we do this countless times over our life, this is how we live a happy life. Sorry if the audio isn't great, but I wanted to use this recording as it was real while I was in the moment.@spreadlovemovement_@justincourt_

Join me in this episode as we take a deeper look into one of my favorite quotes of all time from the book Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch. "Eliminate violence and remember to love. And the key to this formula, the fastest and most powerful way to make it work. Is to release yourself at last from the imprisonment of your thoughts about separation. You are not separate from anything, not from each other, not from any other form of life, and not from god. So it comes down to this…eliminate violence and remember to love by releasing all thoughts of separation."@justincourt_@spreadlovemovement_https://linktr.ee/spreadlove.movementhttps://www.spreadlovemovement.co/

The Founder, Matt Hickey, is on a mission to spread messages of love and kindness throughout the world and he’s making sure he does it ethically through using organic and recycled materials with Mother Earth in mind. With every purchase they plant one tree in California to help in reforestation efforts and Matt is working on new ideas of how they can give back and help our planet even more. Sustainable clothing is still somewhat new, at least to me, and during the episode Matt does a great job educating and informing about the creation process and 2 key things he looks at to make sure the products he’s using benefit us and our planet. Among other things we also talk about other toxic free products and though it’s a privilege to use them, as the consumer we have the power to evoke real change.

Today’s guest is the first woman to compete in Ms. Great Britain totally makeup free. Yup makeup free and that’s really not the norm in these competitions. It took a tremendous amount of courage and self-love to this, especially to be the first. During the episode, Elle Seline shares her journey on making the decision to compete without makeup, what inspired her to do so, and how it all went. Elle will help you shine and encourage you to live as your true self. Something that I love most about Elle is that she’s incredibly vulnerable, real, and genuinely her truest self, and it really shows. She’s open about the sexual abuse and lack of self-love she experienced as a child. And now she wants to be the person for young girls that she needed when she was their age to help them heal, grow, and love themselves fully.

Todays guest is a world traveler and the first solo woman to travel to Afghanistan after the taliban takeover. Jacqueline Kunz grew up in a small town in the country of upstate NY. Today she’s living in Sudan and has been for the past 8 years. She has such a beautiful perspective and one unlike many others. In her travels she’s come to understand the importance of not judging people on the actions of their government. And that there can be a lot of misconceptions portrayed in the media. She’s also tapped in the truth of our oneness as she spends all her time with people who grew up very differently than her. Through her own life and example she’ll help teach you that you don’t need to follow the “typical life path”, but you can really create whatever you want. Just because someone doesn’t get it since it’s not their path, doesn’t mean it’s not yours.

Judi is a Keynote Speaker, Improviser, Podcast Host, and Author of Fear is My Homeboy. She will help you look at fear in a much more constructive and positive way. Recently I've been reflecting back and meditating on a time where I manifested the best things that have come into my life. They've all come through this one manifestation as it's expanded out, impacted literally every part of my life, and brought me so much love. And at the time I didn't even know about manifestation or what it was, I had no concept of it. In currently manifesting new thoughts, desires, and dreams I looked back on who I was then, my vibration, my mindset...essentially figuring out how I did it then so I can bring those same practices into my life now. I've realized key states of my being at that point in my life and it makes perfect sense that I was able to manifest the most brilliant, life-changing experiences of my life. In this episode I talk about that manifestation and who I was during that time, which has altered my life in the most amazing ways that I could've never imagined were possible. I share this story in hopes of helping you manifest all that you desire.

Today's episode with Cassandra Bodzak is a crash course in how to manifest. Manifesting what we want is something that I think has eluded all of us at one time or another in our lives. There are so many questions around how to manifest our dreams and the things we desire, and Cassandra does a fantastic job of breaking down and helping simplify the manifestation process. She lays out 4 key steps in order for us to manifest and so much more. The 4 steps are…creating a relationship and connection with your higher power, discovering the essence of your desires, releasing fear and limiting beliefs, and quantum embodiment. Which of these are you missing that’s keeping you from creating the life you want?

I’m so excited to share with you one of my favorite conversations I’ve had on the podcast so far. Todd Savvas is a Sage and Spiritual Teacher. In this episode, we go deep into spirit, gratitude, living limitlessly, being in awe, ego, our expansion, physical density, being in a higher frequency, and much more. Todd also walks me through an exercise he does with every client, which you can take part in, to help bring you more in connection or in awareness with your soul. I love how Todd speaks with such clarity, simplicity, and ease when talking about these very complex, existential topics. Has someone ever been rude or nasty to you...and then you used their behavior as a reason to justify you acting towards them in the same way? I know I have for sure, and I think we all have. This episode explores this situation to understand what's really happening here and how we give away our power. Essentially we're allowing that person to become our master because their actions are determining who we are in that moment. We're not being true to who we are, but instead we're giving our power away and basing our actions on how that person treated us. We're choosing to allow outside circumstances to dictate who we are and how we show up.

Vasavi Kumar wants to help you be the most truthful, authentic, and creatively expressed version of yourself. One massive way she encourages people to do this is by “saying it out loud”. She says that when the voices in our head remain verbally unexpressed, they can feel very real. When you take the time to say it out loud then hear and question what you’ve been telling yourself, you’ll realize that most of what you know about yourself is nonsense - passed down from your parents, society, and the media. Vasavi pulls from her real life experiences of hardship, trauma, and addiction to guide and teach her clients to express themselves freely and love themselves unconditionally.

During this episode I talk about tools I use and thing I do to help keep me in a positive mindset. When we are intentional and create practices we give ourselves the opportunity to consistently be in a positive state of being and the ability to come back once we've drifted away.

Some tools I use, which I go more in depth:

Have you ever been somewhere and saw someone being their truest, most authentic, genuine self where you just knew and felt they were living their purpose and passion? Where it hit you so hard that it gave you confidence and inspired you to also live your truth? Well this is exactly what happened one day when I was walking through Williamsburg Brooklyn with some friends and saw Greg Banks performing. I’ve never seen so many people stop dead in their tracks and be so enamored by a street performance. Greg is one of the most authentic, loving, and beautiful souls I have ever met. I’m grateful and excited to be sharing our conversation with you.

One day while working I met Jeremiah Williams. We got to talking and ended up hanging out for a few hours. We instantly connected. I was so enthralled by his energy, his mindset, his story of perseverance and his power to manifest I knew I needed to have him as a guest on the podcast! We touch on all of those during the episode. Earlier on the day we met I had already thanked god/source/the universe for bringing incredible and beautiful people into my life that day. I was excited for the potential to create a new bond and relationship. Later that day I met Jeremiah.

Olivia Snoddy married into our family and we’re so lucky to have her. Recently at a cousins wedding we got to talking and she was telling me that for years she was chronically ill. Even though she saw a bunch of doctors, no one was able to help her, so she decided to take more of a naturopathic approach. She became much more aware of the importance of nutrition and she started eating healthier. She discovered meditation, breathwork, kundalini yoga, and the practice of gratitude. She also understood that lack of stress and a good mindset play a huge role in ones health. During the episode she shares about how all of these have drastically transformed her life and her health.

This is such a fun and informative conversation with Dr. Mescon aka Mackie. She’s a Doctor who practices Naturopathic Functional Medicine. Naturopathy is based on the theory that disease can be successfully treated or prevented without the use of drugs, by techniques such as diet and exercise. And functional medicine is a systems biology based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. She talks about how she got started on this path, the balance of eastern and western medicine, the role stress plays in disease and so much more. I’m really grateful to help bring more awareness to this type of medicine.

Knowing who you think you are AND being who you are, those are totally different things.

It’s one thing to know who you are in theory and thought, and another thing all together to actually BE IT.

In this episode we explore this thought further.

Also, another thought ties in with this...the idea to stop asking people "what do you believe in?", and instead ask them "who are you?" and "how are you actually showing up in the world?" Your beliefs can be one thing and how you're acting can be something totally different.

Today’s guest is Evan Ehlers, he’s the Founder of the non-profit Sharing Excess. Evan really helped open my eyes to the food crisis issue that is happening right now which impacts so many people. Sharing Excess aims to address the crucial need for food by delivering regular surplus from grocers, restaurants, wholesalers and farmers to communities experiencing food insecurity. Him and his team play a unique role in regularly rescuing and distributing food excess to undeserved areas. He shares some statistics that blew my mind. In the US, nearly 40% of the food we produce goes to waste. That’s approximately 120 billion pounds of food ending up in landfills each year, which is enough to fill more than 700 NFL stadiums from the ground to the very top with uneaten food. These numbers are staggering. In the episode Evan talks about what his team is doing now and what we all can do to help combat this food crisis.

Two of the main things we talk about during the episode we consider to be some of the biggest issues we face as the human race which rob us from our peace, happiness and enlightenment.
