Bloomington is having an administrative hearing on October 10,which is sort of an invite only thing where you can only attend if you have reciveived a letter in the mail.
It only goes out to tobacco retailers.

On it's face this memo was so poorly written that it is very suprising that Scott Gottlieb was ever even considered to be the in any postiion at the FDA.
The fight for ensuring vaping continues for later generations is a very long and hard fight.
Our expectations need to be kept in check.
The ANTZ have directly contributed to this situation where something like the memo alleged to come from Gottlieb is taken to heart even when the evidence is not poitning to hos having written it.
Don't buy into silver bullet solutions.
And we advocate for direct participation by consumers to their lawmakers and this is the only sort of solution that seems viable in this situation.

Oregon has many bills and was last year able to defeat a tax bill but not an indoor vaping ban. But this year the tax bill is back a tax bill is rearing it's ugly head and it's a large tax.
