Amogelang Metswamere and her husband are proud farmers from Witpan Farm. Her farming journey began in 2019 with 4 sheep, and in 2021 she married her husband, a farmer who specializes in goats, sheep, sunflower, and maize where she has since taken charge of the livestock division. Hoof Uitvoerende Direkteur van ENGO, De Wet Claassens sluit by Yolanda Maartens aan om sy dankbaarheid teenoor Nashua te deel vir hul volgehoue vennootskap en om te vertel wat die fondse van die jaarlikse gholfdag vir ENGO beteken. ENGO bedryf 32 kinder- en jeugsorgsentrums, wat veilige en koesterende omgewings bied vir tussen 700 en 800 kinders wat deur die kinderhof uit onveilige situasies verwyder is. Hierdie sentrums bied stabiliteit, opvoeding en emosionele ondersteuning en help kinders om hul lewens te herbou. Met 10 gesinsorgkantore regoor die Vrystaat bereik Engo jaarliks byna 89 000 mense. At just six weeks old, Olive was diagnosed with a rare condition that meant her body couldn’t produce its own blood. Diamond Blackfan Anaemia (DBA), a rare genetic bone marrow failure syndrome. For a decade, nine dedicated 'Guardian Angel' donors have given blood specifically to keep her alive. Now, after more than 150 transfusions, Olive has a message for the people whose kindness has supported her life.

The Davis Foundation, believes in spreading hope, one care bag at a time. Their journey began in January 2025, when South African rugby player Aidon Davis and his wife, Sune, started the foundation after Aidon was diagnosed with cancer in his early twenties. An idea sparked to make the load lighter for others facing treatment, long hours of chemo and times of loneliness. They provide care bags to those diagnosed with cancer. Aidon Davis joins Yolanda Maartens to invite listeners to help spread kindness by sharing their platform for serving, with those who need these care bags.

Feed a Child’s vision is to eradicate poverty in a sustainable manner. As a National Body they assist other NGO’s to not only be as effective as possible, but also to become sustainable and economically active.
Feed a Child currently has an impact on the lives of approximately 10 000 people on a regular basis. Feed a Child has many projects and is currently delivering more than 2,000,000 meals a year to children throughout South Africa. It is estimated that almost 10% of the South African population are children of no particular culture or ethical group, living below the poverty line and in circumstances beyond their control. Global animal welfare organisation FOUR PAWS provides pet owners with tips for the time after the lockdown restrictions have been eased or ended. People in many countries are currently spending significantly more time at home, which is particularly beneficial for pets. While pets can provide emotional support and company in isolation, they benefit as well from the increased attention and presence of their owners. However, life after lockdown needs to be considered too. Pets that then spend more time alone again must be prepared in due time to return to their usual routine.
