The New York Times published a complaint piece on Wednesday with the headline: “Disinformation Has Become Another Untouchable Problem in Washington.” The article also claims that Biden’s ill-fated Disinformation Governance Board (DGB) was “undone in part by forces it was meant to combat, including distortions of the board’s intent and powers.”
The Times also was upset that a partisan, biased referee for Biden may not be created to govern the narrative on current events before the 2022 midterms. “The failure to act, according to experts, has left openings for new waves of disinformation ahead of November’s midterm elections.”
However, The New York Times doesn’t seem to care about the trouble with DGB as they shriek for a new one to be created. TOPIC: Texas Governor Greg Abbott is taking matters into his own hands to keep the people of Texas (and the U.S.) safe. Abbott announced on Wednesday that due to the poor border policies of the Biden Administration, Texas will be sending busloads of illegals to the steps of the Capitol in Washington DC.
But, just as we've seen in the past, the mainstream media is ignoring the influx of migrants at the border and the issues it's causing for residents and state/local officials there.
The evening newscasts on Wednesday completely ignored the Republican's announcement and CBS Mornings on Thursday allowed just nine seconds. (The other two networks were again silent on Thursday.) Additionally, CBS’s coverage doesn’t really amount to anything. It was simply a clip of other journalists talking about the move in the show open.
This is nothing new for the mainstream media. As Newsbusters previously reported, ABC, CBS and NBC completely censored the border story in February and in March it was just a scant nine minutes (almost all of that was stories on Ukrainians trying to come into America via the southern border).

Usually we have at least a few, and we certainly did in the early days of measurements at Portland Airport. On the other hand, September came in as the warmest September globally in the satellite record. It covers the last 40 years. But we have been far below normal this month in Portland, with two record lows on October 10 and 12. Nearby stations reported similar record lows. And from the Cascades to the Rockies, snow and cold have set in early this year. Does that mean a rough winter is in store for us? Maybe! But things can change.
