I invited my good friend Ross Brouse from Continuous Networks to chat about short-form content and how he leverages it to grow his B2B business. Every week, he proves that B2B marketing does not need to be boring by showing up on LinkedIn and TikTok with short and catchy videos. In this episode, we chat about storytelling, what it means in short-form content, the power of analogies, how to get comfortable on camera and how to get started in creating short-form content. When he discovered the best opportunity for advancement was to become a Loan Officer, that is what he did. But he did not love the high-pressure work.
Although Alex carved out a niche for himself among Veterans, rose quickly through the ranks, and became one of the top producing Loan Officers in San Diego, it was digital marketing that really excited him. GUEST BIO
I founded Social Republic, the global social media agency, in 2015 as a "new way", an alternative to traditional agencies. My journey with social media started in 2006, studying at an American university where I became one of the first Britons to access Facebook. Having led in-house marketing teams for eight years, I was frustrated by the lack of transparency offered by agencies, and handed in my resignation at a global finance company one fateful Friday. Monday arrived, and with nothing more than a plan and a list of names, inspired by a cold calling scene from Will Smith’s Pursuit of Happyness, I got to work. As a result of my sacrifices and determination Social Republic now works with famous ambitious brands, and brands with ambition to be famous, including; eBay, Pioneer, Red Bull and The British Red Cross. I’m a regular fundraiser, competing in charity boxing events, and recently summited Kilimanjaro, raising money to support school children in Kenya. So anything: social media, starting a business with no money, marketing or charity 😊

If you're not sure what to write for your blog, this episode is for you.
In this last part of this 3 part series, Averi Melcher reveals the research you need to do so your blogs work for your business. We go through an impromptu content plan and outlines effective tips to better plan your next blogs.
GUEST BIO
Averi has been helping businesses attract their ideal customer and dominate Google search results for 10 years.
After starting her career as a ghostwriter for top CMOs, she went on to work in well-known agencies like Neil Patel Digital and Siege Media, before starting her own SEO content agency. For the last 3 years, her goal has been to teach (and provide) organic growth to small business owners in a way that's approachable, easy to understand, and - dare I say - fun? During that time, she also followed her dreams of seeing the world, turning a $15,000 a year side hustle into a business that consistently makes over $15k a month - while ticking 33+ countries off her bucket list and working from her laptop.

So when everything quiets down, your customers continue using your services.
If the pandemic lasts for several more months, Salvatore believes that marketing will adapt to the terms and regulations of what we are allowed to do. Regardless, it is ideal to maintain and even boost social media content to keep your brand top of mind.
