According to the Cambridge Dictionary, if something is on the back burner, it is temporarily not being dealt with or considered, mainly because it is not urgent or essential. Unfortunately, sometimes, we put our health, wellbeing, relationships, and identity on the back burner to prioritize our careers – forgetting we once had thriving lives before work. to chat about the importance of visible representation in the workplace, confidently taking up space, and being unapologetically authentic.
Special guest, Alexandria Alli, founder of F&W Style, drops a few gems to help us get rid of our girl syndromes.
