Hi there! Welcome to A Love Dimension! I talk about my experience with varying mental health and all the things that have learned in order to have a better relationship with life.
In this episode I want to guide you closer to the nature of your experience. I want to show you how compassionate love for EVERY human being makes total sense if you live in the present moment and understand the most fundamental aspects of life. I hope you enjoy it!
In this episode I think back to when I was in university feeling stuck with my thesis. And how the current situation with COVID-19 reminds me of that. Knowing that the previous situation eventually came to an end gives me strength to endure this one. I also present a way to find peace and become present very fast using the 5 regular senses that are always available to you. Enjoy!
In this episode I introduce the idea that your thoughts are a product of your environment and get into the very important exercise of working with what type of thoughts arise within you. The garden of your mind needs tending. The way to do this is with Right Effort as Buddha called it. Enjoy!
Enjoy this moment of knowing your own pure and eternal self.
Titled "Know Your True Self" this guided meditation by Moojiji. The audio is taken from his YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTKtUK1wo_I
Which in turn is an excerpt from this talk here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3lED4zNji4
There are many parts or functions of the mind. These can be grouped into four major categories: consciousness, perception, sensation, and reaction. The reactive part of the mind is too strong and tends to overwhelm you. The pure, pristine, and luminous consciousness is often taken for granted, and inner stillness is lost. Strengthen your ability to rest in awareness - and the benefits of inner balance will follow.
Covid-19 has us all locked in and we never saw it coming. Similarly, we don't know how it will end and whether the outcome is good or bad. With this understanding it is possible to let go of worries and concerns in an attempt to stay balanced so that one can act in the most suitable way. Stay calm and move forward.
We tend to carry around a lot of unnecessary things in our heads. Letting them out makes it clear that this moment is all there ever is. Luckily it also becomes clear how to better spend it until it is gone. Enjoy this episode!
In this episode I share with you how meditation has changed over the years I have been practicing. I never anticipated the intuition it builds in terms of knowing when you are balanced and present. This is the true power that I think leads to inner peace.
Inner peace needs to come before anything if you want to live a life where happiness is less ephemeral and a sense of safety and wellbeing is more lasting. Nothing is as peaceful as being balanced deep within. Know yourself and learn how to shift your mental posture because that affects any and every experience you will have.
Sometimes we have expectations that can overshadow our wins and accomplishments for the day. In this episode I share how acknowledging the small things can actually be helpful on your journey toward your biggest dreams. Enjoy!
"It's not about the destination, it's the journey" is something I have heard many times but only now started to undertand. By identifying and letting go of small things that make me enjoy something less I am taking steps toward creating processes that I love. I believe that this is how to truly stay consistent and ultimately be successful in anything you want to do.
Hi! In this episode I point out some early signs of compulsiveness in training or other pursuits and how important it is to recognise when motivation turns into something that will not be sustainable in the long run. Enjoy.
In this episode I introduce a project of mine where I intend to get to the bottom of why I sometimes fail to form new and healthy habits or stay consistent in things such as exercise or meditation. Enjoy!
Meditation allows you to turn within for guidance. However, for this to work you need to be fully open and allow everything that arises to teach you how you really feel and what you really want.
In this episode I talk about progress and how to view obstacles as challenges. We also listen to Eckhart Tolle who is a fantastic teacher of many things in life. Enjoy!

What if I told you that you can use your breath as an anchor in the midst of a storm of negative emotions? This means that you have a tool that can help you stay calm. Once the storm passes you can decide what the best action is going forward.
Welcome to episode 5. In this one I share with you an analogy to sports training and how I learned to deal with early frustrations in my meditation practice.
Meditation goes beyond just momentary calm and stress relief. In this episode I try to describe a recent experience of the deeper aspects of meditation. Tune in and enjoy!
In this episode I talk about sleep and why you should make an effort to sleep more. I share advice around how to sleep more, and also how I recently handled lack of sleep short-term.
What are the conditions that you think must be met before you can love yourself? What expectations and pressure do you think come from others? Today I want to talk about why this adds unnecessary pressure and how to let go of this to achieve more.
