Ben is editor and writer with Tales from the Cloakroom, the official comics anthology for the Scott Snyder Comics Writing Class. He has 10 years of experience as a freelance writer for Rowing magazine, where he did race reports, features, interviews, and gear reviews. He is also a comics writer and has been published in several indie anthologiesGreg is a UK based participating in the project. They have been working with Scott Snyder and are on to talk about some of the great things Scott has been teaching and also talk about putting together an anthology with 60+ other creators.

James is an independent cartoonist and freelance illustrator, specializing in work for the all-ages and YA market. His area of practise and research focuses on the development of the unique visual vocabulary and narrative possibilities of comics as a universal language and educational tool. This is explored in his ongoing award-nominated series The Legend of La Mariposa, as well as his contributions to series such as Afterlife Inc and anthologies such as Knifepoint Horror and Strange Romance. Sam Johnson is a comics writer/editor. Sam has a Masters in Creative Writing for Film & TV; he created CABRA CINI: VOODOO JUNKIE HITWOMAN, which had a strip annually in the Halloween issue of H!M Comics' IF-X anthology; he has self-published two THE ALMIGHTIES one-shots (a comedy super-team co-created with Mike Gagnon); released the 4-issue GEEK-GIRL Mini-Series through publisher Markosia monthly from Nov 2016 and ran a successful Kickstarter for its TPB. Sam is passionate about the Geek-Girl series, and invested in its world - and one of the aims with the SECOND Kickstarter in Oct 2018 was to get GG's audience big enough to warrant making the series ongoing. This was successful, and the whole creative team are on board for the ongoing! Sam's favorite comic and biggest influence is DC's super-team book, Doom Patrol – Grant Morrison's bizarre run back in the day - which was recently drawn upon in the DP TV Series. When he's not writing comics he most enjoys hanging with friends and watching comedy shows with drinks and take out.

We are super excited and honoured to have Jo and Anna from the Pandora team.
Jo Heeley is one of the creative team, and a director, behind The77 Publications Ltd, her story ‘Red By Night, Black By Day’ is currently being serialised in The77 comic anthology. She also saw a one-shot story,‘Krampusnacht’ featured in The77 Annual No. 1. In Pandora, she teams up with her fellow The77 creator, Andrw Sawyers for a light-hearted (bunny) tail/tale which sees protagonist, 'El Bunito' trying to save planet Karetz.
Anna Morozova is a Russian-born freelance comics artist and illustrator from Estonia, who now lives and works in Scotland. Following graduation from a Comics Masters in Dundee, she produced work for various comics publishers and commercial clients. As well as co-creating Viva Forever with David Baillie, Anna’s contributions to 2000 AD so far include illustrating Judge Anderson Future, Future Shocks and a Black Museum episode for the Judge Dredd Megazine.

This week we are joined by Anthony Smith, talking about his upcoming cartoon strip book.
Anthony started his career as a cartoonist, working for various publications, including Marvel UK and Hodder Children’s Books. He then went off to become a writer/art director, working for some of London’s top advertising agencies.
His career took another twist when he created the cartoon feature 'Learn to Speak Cat' for the national Metro newspaper in the UK. He wrote and drew this for several years before going on the work for The Spectator, The Oldie and Private Eye. (Where my feature ‘Logos as they should be’ appears regularly.)

Katie is a writer from Scotland. She loves horror and comics, so horror comics are just the best. Her ongoing story, Space Banshee Exorcist can be found in Brawler and she's on twitter at @cunningha3katie.
She joins Geoff and David to chat about her upcoming project Rotten Under The Snow. Rotten Under the Snow is a a historical sci-fi thriller with a dose of horror, and a good dose of pulp adventure thrown in. It follows female Russian fighter pilot Dajana, a former Night Witch, as she fights Nazi off-world technology and regains her humanity along the way. It’s that combination of action and personality that makes this story unique and perfect for all adult and young-adult audiences, and the sort of traditional genre mash-up that Time Bomb Comics has become known for.

Jason Starr is a writer who has worked in tv and film, he writes crime novels and has an amazing comic credit list which includes Wolverine, The Punisher, Batman, The Avenger, Doc Savage and Ant-Man.
Jason’s graphic novel, Red Border, was recently published by AWA (art by Will Conrad). His graphic novel Casual Fling is on-sale in October, 2022 (art by Dalibor Talajić)
Tonight, we have the pleasure of guests Ed Doyle and Alan Halloway of Sentinel Comic
Put together by the 2000ad fanzine Sector 13 to do a short strip featuring the Gronks, a race from the Strontium Dog comic strip, they clicked straight away.
In October 2019, Ed suggested they being back Starblazer. In the 80s and 90s, Starblazer delivered digest sized sci fi and fantasy stories, complete in each issue, with a variety of artists and writers.
Since then, we have produced ten issues in two years, with number eleven Dark Matter on Kickstarter this month.
Voted third best comic of 2020, Sentinel just keeps on going.

He has has one of the most amazing careers, working on comics, Games and TV on incredible projects.
He has worked for Marvel- drawing for Spider-man and X-Men among many others including a huge run on Transformers.
He has done Concept Design work for games studios.
He is also a Storyboard Artist on many live action shows including Doctor Who and Luther for the BBC and The Alienist and The Innocents for Netflix.
He is Production Designer and Storyboard Artist for TV on children’s animated shows like Ruff-Ruff, Tweet & Dave and Matt Hatter Chronicles.
He is also the co-creator and designer on the children's show Shane the Chef.
All this and many engagements as a lecturer and speaker at Schools and Universities.
