Airlangga LEADS (Learning, Engagement, Actions, and Dialog in Society) adalah podcast resmi PIPS (Pusat Inovasi Pembelajaran dan Sertifikasi) Universitas Airlangga.

Nilam Andalia Kurniasari sebagai host akan memandu LEADerS (para pendengar LEADS) menyimak diskusi santai dengan para ahli dari Universitas Airlangga, praktisi, dan tokoh masyarakat yang membahas berbagai topik menarik di masyarakat. LEADS adalah bagian dari penyebarluasan ilmu pengetahuan. Masyarakat akan diajak untuk terlibat dalam dialog yang difasilitasi LEADS.

Earlier in May 2020, Indonesian were awaken by devastating news on the death of 4 Indonesian workers who worked onboard of distant water fishing vessels. A South Korean TV Channel aired an interview with two other Indonesian workers who testified and claimed that they were working under an exploitative working environment. Airlangga LEADS is honored to have Professor Sam Blay to discuss about an allegation of Human Rights violation which occurred onboard of the vessel.

Who is Professor Sam Blay? Professor Blay currently lectures at the University of Sydney Law Extension Committee Program. He was a Professor of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) Australia for 18 years. He is also former Dean of Law, University of Tasmania, Australia, and the former Director of postgraduate programs in Law at the UTS. He was the Deputy Principal at TOP Education Institute and a professor at the Sydney City School of Law. He has been a regular Guest Professor and Adjunct in the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga since 2015.

Airlangga LEADS Episode 2 ini menghadirkan Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nasih, S.E., M.T., Ak., CMA. - Rektor Universitas Airlangga. Beliau mengungkapkan strategi Universitas Airlangga dalam menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19. Secara khusus beliau menyebut bahwa Universitas Airlangga siap menyongsong Era Super Normal dalam pendidikan tinggi setelah pandemi tersebut berakhir. Melalui episode ini, Rektor Universitas Airlangga menyampaikan pula pesan Ramadhan dan Idul Fitri kepada seluruh Airlangga LEADerS.
