How cold shower contribute to your success is my podcast where I do some research of the benefits regarding cold showers. Great news, I can't find negative things regarding cold showers, well apart from making you cold. I think cold shower are a good habit for everyone except pianist, they need warm fingers, which I unfortunately am! XD
