Relaunching my YouTube channel today!

I have 6 new videos up now with 10 more in the hopper! Vlog style and not just about Real Estate! Cars, houses, family and not necessarily in that order. I have be writing video ideas for the last 4 months or so and have about 100 right now that I am working on. My plan is to post a new video every 2-3 days moving forward and share more of my life through video.

I used to do daily stories on Snapchat & saved them all (130 or so) to Youtube. Mostly lawn care tips and tricks and running my business during that time. I am gonna warn you though...there is so rough video there with no editing, long pauses and no value in some select videos.🤦🏼‍♂️ watch are your own discretion! Ultimately though these videos were for my kids and grandkids to look back on and watch their dad or grandpa as he built his first successful business.

The purpose for these videos is to grow my real estate business and increase awareness to the next level! It would mean so much to have you as a subscriber and to engage with you on that platform! This journey has taught me so much and without becoming physically active more I wouldn't be where I am today. I think the common misconception is that the body will out last the mind when it comes to working out and improving your nutrition. The mind is a powerful tool and has pushed me physically harder than my body sometimes wants. When you figure out WHY you want to improve it is really important to set realistic goals and get there slowly. For me I tried to lose a ton of weight quickly and it failed. I had to reset my thinking and set a path of patience to achieve my goals...like all my goals.

Today is a very special episode for me. I sat down with Mike Ray, the Team Leader, at Keller Williams First Atlanta. He is a fantastic leader and was a vey successful agent as well. Mike sold 75 homes in his first year as an agent! I wanted to learn the best and I found him and his team at KW First Atlanta. I love his leadership style and he really believes in his agents and building their success! Every Woman Works empowers, educates and employs woman who have struggled with addiction, abuse and homelessness. Their goal is to move women from dependency to self-sufficiency. They have (6) 5 week courses throughout the year, that women learn more about life skills, job skills and financial empowerment. Jason Sheetz is an Atlanta native, growing up right here in Sandy Springs. His love for the area and its neighborhood charm is what drew him back here to open Hammocks Trading Company. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Jason began his management career with Chequers Seafood Grill at age 23. Shortly after, he accepted a position managing for the Liberty House Restaurant Group. Working at Atlanta’s highly acclaimed fine dining establishments, Blue Ridge Grill and Bones, Jason gained invaluable knowledge and experience. At 26, Jason took an opportunity to work for Master Chef Tom Catherall, (owner of Here to Serve Restaurants) at Goldfish Restaurant. Catherall moved Jason into the General Manager position quickly. In 2008 Jason became the General Manager at Twist, and then the Area Director for Here to Serve Restaurants in 2010. Jason and his wife, Lake and their two children, Colton and Piper, all share a love for travel and adventure. Spelunking, hiking and camping are family favorite activities.
