My mother's adoption story "As my mother was reminiscing and telling me how much she always loved Aunt Marie, and all of her cousins, she realized she remembered the gas station her father owned, and would often walk through the woods with her cousins to buy candy there."
My father was adopted in 1964 by my grandparents but the story they told him of how it came to be was a lie that was told to control him and instill guilt. Read the full story at morninggloryseeds.home.blog for both parts of this story!
