Formerly a binge eater who was unable to keep her weight at the desired level, Freelee discovered this path and has become a leader in her own right, founding 30 Bananas A Day group site with her partner Durian Rider.
I have heard about this diet for years but hadn't tried it, and am still seeking to achieve my ideal body weight despite years of being on the 'regular' raw diet.
This show will explore Freelee's path of LFRV and I will share more about my journey trying out this diet at this time.
