Vikings are part of pop culture and havealways fascinated people for decades, and this fascinations is still very present in Western society, showing in countless of people cosplaying as Vikings, history enthusiasts, metal and rock fans, etc. Unfortunately, a lot of white supremacists are obsessed with Vikings, and they see white supremacy andthe universe of pre-Christianity Norse culture as indivisible from white supremacy.

In this episode I will talk about Vikings in popular culture, Nordicism and the “Nordic Race”, what archeologists tell us about whether if Vikings had dreadlocks and face tattoos or not, recent history of white supremacy and Viking lore in Sweden and the rest of the world, and whyare white supremacists obsessed with Vikings.

Also, British Archeologist Professor Howard Williams will help us answer the question of why so many white supremacists appropriate Viking lore.

Nowadays we might cringe when we see movies like“Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, but people back then didn’t do so at all. On thecontrary: the movie was, and it still is critically acclaimed and part of popculture due to USA’s cultural hegemony over the world.

In this video essay I talk about colonialism in thefilm industry, propaganda, dehumanization, how important is the film industryfor political hegemony, how certain marginalized groups are dehumanized in thefilm industry and why, Orientalism and how the movie Dune uses Orientalisttropes, and what to do next.

White feminism sets the agenda of the things we shouldcare about that we should be outrage about, and I feel like the whole Barbiemovie controversy is not the exception.

What happened with the Barbie movie? Long story short,Greta Gerwig, the director of the Barbie movie, and Margot Robbie, the actress who plays Barbie, didn’t get an Oscar nomination.

In this episode we answer the question: is MargoRobbie and Greta Gerwig not getting an Oscar nomination a feminist issue? What are real feminist issues? Who determines what are “real feminist issues”? womanhood in film, all into the global context of women rights.

Is it the phrase that “Scratch a liberal and a fascistbleed” true? What is the real face of liberalism? I believe is fair to say thatliberalism is full of good intentions, and it was the driving force behind alot of positive changes in society, but are good intentions enough? Also, goodintentions in relation with what? Good intentions that strengthen the statusquo?

In this episode we will discuss the connection betweenliberalism, white supremacy, colonialism, and imperialism. Liberalism throughout history, what isliberalism, liberalism in Sweden, and in the world.

To call what’s happening in the Democratic Republic ofCongo one of the worst humanitarian crises in the past decades is an understatement. What’s happening in Congo it’s not only a consequence of colonialism, but also still colonialism and exploitation of the global south in its maximum expression.

In this special episode we do a deep dive into desituation of the Democratic Republic of Congo. We talk about the history, from colonial times, King Leopold II Free Congo State, Belgian Congo, Patrice Lumumba, Mobutu, the Congo Wars, and DR Congo recent event.

Also, about cobalt and all the mineral riches in the DR Congo, which are the mining companies that are directly responsible for the aggressive exploitation and human rights abuses, what are the brutal conditions in which people who work in the mines are under, and how green washing is making this situation much worse.

Soha Saad was a 24-year-old woman who lived in Fullerö, a town located north of Uppsala, in Sweden. Soha tragically died after an explosion in her neighborhood, on the 28th of September of this year. Soha Saad is one of the many innocent victims claimed by the wave of gang-related violence that shook Swedenin the month of September, and in the past few years.

Sweden has seen an increased in gang-related crime because several rival groups are fighting each other. Compared to most countries in the world, Sweden is still a safe country, however when it comes to shootings Sweden is one of the highest in Europe. However, when analysis the phenomenon, media often fails to recognize and analyse other factors. This episode is on of the most comprehensive analysis on this phenomenon.

In this episode we will analyze the problem and break misconceptions, from an antiracist, feminist perspective.

How gangs in Sweden operate? How do criminal gangs groom and recruit children? Social inequality and poverty, systemic racism, migration policies, and the police, politics and what could be the solution.

Every 28th of September is the Day for the Decriminalization and Legalization of Abortion.

In this performance I talk about the situation of abortion rights in the Dominican Republic. Esperancita was a 16 years old Dominican girl who died of leukemia in 2012. She was refused a treatment that woul have saved her life because she was 9 weeks pregnant, and chemotherapy could have killed the fetus.

In this episode I talk about what is white feminism, why white feminism is so scary and dangerous, and historical events with my personal experiences.  Every time I hear someone saying “we need more cis women in leadership positions” I feel a little uncomfortable. I remember Hillary Clinton saying in an interview that “in order for Europe to stop the rise of the far-right and fascism, Europe must curve migration”.

We discuss the politics of self-care, why it is a political action, how we can take care of ourselves and our loved ones, all this while me doing one of my favorite self-care rituals: make up and listening to music.  When fighting injustice it is also important to remember that oppressed people are constant receivers of capitalist exploitation, colonialism, ableist, homophobia, policing, and other forms of systematic and structural violence. Loving and taking care of that body is not only important to keep going, but also that love and self-care becomes a powerful political action.

The amazing Swedish activist Greta Thunberg said in a few words on her official Facebook account, that the environmental movement is not political. But I thought that statement was very… irresponsible.

In this episode I talk about that the mainstream environmental movement is not political enough, there's a racist and colonial agenda behind the exploitation of natural resources, and why environmental activism spaces must be intersectional.

In the anti-nihilism section the amazing work of; Ta'Kaiya Blaney @salishmemer, Wet'suwet'en Acess Point Facebook Page, and the organization the Wretched of the Earth.

In this episode I will talk about colorism in Latin America, where it comes from, and how present it is in Latin America. In the anti nihilism section the amazing Peruvian artist Rossana Mercado and the Chilean activist Maria Basura.
