For 75 years, God has faithfully led, sustained, and transformed lives through this church. In John 4, Jesus intentionally meets a Samaritan woman at a well and offers her something no other source ever could, living water that never runs dry. In this message, Pastor Andrew Fish explores how the source that we draw from matters. If we are relying on other sources then we will end up always thirsty but if we rely on the living water then we will find true satisfaction and life. As we go into 2026, we must leave behind temporary sources that never satisfy and draw from the true source of Life in Jesus through the Holy Spirit.
There is no greater miracle than the miracle of the new birth–where in a split second a person is delivered from the grip of Satan and made a completely new child of God. This is all possible because of God’s gift, the greatest gift, the gift of His only Son. This Son was announced by a humble forerunner who gladly stepped aside and rejoiced as Jesus’ following increased.
Jesus’ first miracle and first Passover declare that the Messiah has arrived. In John 2, we encounter Jesus turning water into wine and then stepping into the temple with a whip as the Son of God who is zealous for His Father’s house. There is an invitation into a life of joy, holiness, and purity. He can take the ordinary and make it extraordinary.

This week we started a new series about the kingdom of God. Pastor Andrew kicked off the series talking about what the kingdom of God is and how we are called to seek first the kingdom. The kingdom of God means the rule of God. It means His authority, His reign, and His power. We are part of the kingdom of God which means we are to bring His kingdom everywhere we go.
In Acts 1:8 Jesus tells the disciples that when the Holy Spirit comes he will give them power to be His witnesses. We live in the new covenant when the Holy Spirit has been poured out! The Holy Spirit empowers us to be a witness. This means to tell people about Jesus and what we have seen, heard, and experienced.
Jesus in John 16:8-11 gives us three specific areas of the Holy Spirit’s Conviction. Those three areas are: conviction of sin, righteousness, and judgement. The role of the Holy Spirit as one who convicts isn’t something we should be afraid of and run from as believers but run towards. Conviction should make us happy. When we feel conviction we should feel happy because it means the Holy Spirit wants to bring us deeper into the light, correct things that may need to be corrected, and help us conquer.

Paul in Galatians 4 talks about the difference between being in bondage to the law and living as a son and daughter of promise. He talks about how true freedom through Jesus is offensive to those in bondage to the law. “Real freedom is offensive to those without it.”

At the table we find personal encounter with Jesus, His presence, His power, His perspective, & a reminder that He promises to be with us in all things. He invites us to His table right where we are.
