In this process the mind plays a critical role and knowing how to reprogram it is crucial to success. In our deliberations we refer to this as a "mindshift". However, as important is the need for leadership. We take the view that effective leadership starts with Self-Leadership.
The mind, leadership, serving, growth all part and parcel of the same transaction in many regards. On this platform I share ideas, nuggets, lessons learned as a mean of serving others that together we can all grow to become and realise our greatest selves, always resting on the philosophy of Ubuntu - I am because we are!

Seek freedom and not simply success for success sake. The mindshift is to become aware that we are always moving from and towards something. That thing we wish to leave, realized through our various endevours, is the thing we wish to be free of. Ultimately therefore success must be freedom and the achievement of freedom success!
Do you know where you are going? For a successful life the answer to that question must be yes. While you may not know how to get there, knowing where there is is critically important. Set your vision, goals, create strategies and plans and keep walking in the direction of your dreams.
