In this Episode I get to speak with Bladesmith and Forged In Fire Champion, Jay Replogle! It was so great speaking to Jay! He's such a fun and Intelligent guy and I really enjoyed just hanging out with him and getting to know him more. We spoke about him teaching at the Appalachian Center for Crafts, his recent achievement of becoming a Journeyman Smith with the American Bladesmith Society and what it takes to accomplish that and the importance of being a part of the ABS, his passion for bladesmithing and why it means so much to him, and of course winning Forged In Fire and how that opportunity came about(as well a great behind the scenes story)! In this Episode I get to speak with legendary actress Adrienne Barbeau! This is a conversation I wont ever forget and I'm so truly thankful that she took some time to speak with me. We talk about her appearances on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, how and when she got into theater, her experience overseas as an actress and how it was an eye opening experience for her, going to New York and what her first year was like, playing Rizzo in the original production of Grease and if she related to the character. It was also so great hearing about her working with the great Bea Arthur and how she made an impression on her, why her character Ruthie in Carnivale was her favorite character to play and why it was so hard to let that character go, what she likes from a director, writing her memoir, what it means to be a mom and so much more! Finally Adrienne takes on my quick shortened version of My Questions of Torture and Awesomeness and we do a little Word Association game at the end with people and things from throughout her career. In this Episode I get to speak with Herb "Flight Time" Lang! I so appreciate Herb taking the time to speak with me and it was so much fun hearing so many stories throughout his career and life. We spoke about how he became a Harlem Globetrotter and what that first year was like as well as so many experiences he had throughout his 18 year career. He told me about meeting Pope Francis and what was the thing he was most nervous about and also meeting President Obama twice and what that experience was like. We then talked about him being on The Amazing Race three times and what a crazy and fun experience that was and also about his partner on The Amazing Race and his longtime friend Nate "Big Easy" Lofton. In this Episode I get to speak with the all around talented Rock ICON, Cherie Currie! I'm so honored Cherie took the time to speak with me and we got to cover a variety of topics. We spoke about her solo album that was released this year digitally and how much fun it was to make and work with so many talented artists, her recent cover of the classic 'What The World Needs Now Is Love', the challenges of doing the audiobook for her bestselling auto-bio book Neon Angel: A Memoir of a Runaway, how she became a Chainsaw Carving Artist, a favorite moment of hers when she was lead singer of The Runaways, and how proud she is of her very talented son Jake Hays. In this special Episode I get to speak with voice actor, James Arnold Taylor!! James does the voices of Obi Wan Kenobi in Star Wars Clone Wars and Johnny Test for the Johnny Test cartoon and so many more voices throughout his career. I wanted to do a special episode for both of my sons and this first one is for my youngest, Ethan. He loves the Star Wars universe and especially the Clone Wars cartoon. This was so much fun talking to James and funding out about how it all started for him as well coming up with that iconic Obi Wan voice and so much more. In this Episode I speak with Putnam County(my hometown)Mayor Randy Porter! Im so thankful for Randy for taking the time to speak with me during such trying times for our community these past few months. Mr. Porter talks about his early career as a paramedic and then just three years later being promoted as Emergency Services/911 Director and serving for 30 years. We also talk about what made him decide to run for mayor and what that first day was like for him and how important it is for him to have the support of his family. We then talk about the tornados that touched down here in Putnam County on March 3rd and what those first 48 hours were like for him both professionally and personally and the challenges he and the community faced but also how much it meant to have the support of local communities and counties come to our aid and how his background in emergency management helped him. Finally, Mayor Porter talks about the visit by the president and how much that meant for the community, dealing with a worldwide pandemic and the challenges that brings, the importance of all of the emergency workers,and his friendship with Cookeville city Mayor Ricky Shelton. In this Episode I get to speak with Al Snow! Ive been a fan of wrestling since I was a kid so to be able to speak with one of my all time favorite wrestlers is truly a highlight for me! We talk about lots of things in and out of the wrestling business from running a wrestling company during a pandemic and the challenges that come with it, what a blessing it is for him to run Ohio Valley Wrestling and dealing with the different aspects of it from business to the creative side of it. In this Episode I get to speak with legendary sportscaster and news anchor,Rudy Kalis! I grew up as a kid watching Rudy do the sports on WSMV Channel 4 for years even until I was an adult and I always appreciated his kindness and passion as a sports newscaster and I always enjoyed watching him on tv. This was such an honor to hear his story and im so proud now that I can share it with you. We talk about how he has been enjoying retirement and what hes been doing during that time as well as coming over with his family as an immigrant at the age of 5 Germany and how he and his family adjusted to a new country. We then talk about how sports newscasting came about for him,his first job,,how he came to Nashville and got on on WSMV Channel 4,what it was like on set with Dan,Demetria,and Bill and the family like environment they shared. In this Episode I speak with,Ben Troupe. I was such a fan of Ben as a football player but am a bigger fan of Ben now as a person. Ben was a standout Tight End in college football for the Florida Gators and it was so great to hear about his early days in football and how the game came about for him. We talk about how a newspaper article changed everything for him,what his recruiting experience was like,being recruited by college football greats Steve Spurrier and Lou Holtz,playing in the The Swamp as well as playing in front of the Florida Gator fans! In this episode and the Season 3 premiere I speak with Chloe R Fernandez! Chloe is truly an inspiration and this conversation was so much fun! Chloe is an author of her own book(PCD Has Nothing On Me),a Model,an Actress,a 2017 WebMD Health Hero Award Winner,and a health advocate for those with Primary Ciliary Dyskenisia( aka PCD). Chloe at 12 years old has already accomplished so much and has such an amazing personality and outlook on life and obstacles. We talk about her daily life of living with PCD and how important it is to be positive and also how it sometimes can be frustrating but also important to use that as motivation, we also talk about some of her fun experiences in the past 2 years....her experience on walking the runway at New York Fashion Week,her surfing and piano lessons,making her very first speech,signing her autograph on her very own book,and so much more! In this Episode I get to speak with Puppeteering legend,Mike Quinn!! Mike was so unbelievably awesome to speak to and to hear all of his stories from his career thus far was so surreal. He speaks about how Puppeteeering came about for him and how his career came about working for Jim Henson as well as how his opportunity to play Nien Nunb,his character from Star Wars,came along for him also. It was so cool hearing stories from the set of Star Wars movies both old and new and just hearing all of his stories in general.

Brian is a comedian from middle Tennessee who started out differently and a little later in life than most comics do and talks about how it all came about and also leaving his full time job and becoming a full time comedian. In this Episode I get to know former NFL player Chris Sanders.This was such a surreal interview for me because im a big Tennessee Titans fan and ive followed them since they have been in Tennessee. Chris went to college at THE Ohio State University for 4 years before he was drafted by the Oilers/Titans in 1995 in the 3rd round.
