Night Owls radio began broadcasting one week after Halloween in 2008. Miss X had just received work on cable television's 'Spook Show' and was so happy to be continuing the horror movie hosting tradition that began in the 1960's in her hometown and continued throughout the 1970's, 80's and beyond!
When she discovered all the hosts she grew up watching had gone off the air, she decided to form Night Owls Radio here on blogtalkradio, making her the pioneering, FIRST FEMALE horror movie host to come from her hometown area, which had well-known horror hosts such as The Ghoul, Ghoulardi and Houlihan and Big Chuck, dating back to 1963. The show is a unique compilation of horror movie clips, strange sightings and paranormal events, as well as a segment created by Miss X known as "The Wacky story of the week" to show the oddities of this planet.

Labor Day Weekend tradition continues with another LIVE IN THE FIELD ON AIR search for Sasquatch, as we look for Bigfoot's basement in an area known for its sightings of Bigfoot, a creature variously described as bipedal, sometimes crouching, with long reddish brown to dark brown hair, sometimes white haired.
We return to the area of Sasquatch sightings and see if we can't find Bigfoot's 'basement'.

In '74, the town of Xenia, Ohio, some one hundred+ miles from my hometown, was obliterated by a terrible Tornado of the highest caliber, F5 to F6-- which are considered to be the most severe of all Tornadoes.
Because of this, we as very small kids at the time lived through tornado warnings in the basement for years to come, with adults always afraid that another tornado like that might occur.
Many other States suffered the phenomena of Tornadoes that same day. Amazing. Almost Paranormal in its matter, these particular tornadoes occurred as a Weather Phenomenon when cool air collided with warm. But WHY did the storms move over such a large swath of America?

In Miss X's childhood, it seemed to be the thing for children to tell others to stand in front of a mirror, recite words, and they would 'see' Mary Worth, a folklore figure that we delve into tonight.

WAS it a Bigfoot that was seen by quite a few people in a small town in Ohio in '78, right down the road from where Miss X grew up? Sightings of a hairy, large creature sitting on a chicken enclosure may tell us more about the eating habits of the unknown creature referred to as Sasquatch.

We are going to touch on Plague predictors that Miss X had as a child and discuss what REAL intuitive abilities are. We also explore some recent videos posted online that claim to be of time traveling people, but we at Night Owls Radio believe it could also be memories of the deceased invading Planet Earth for brief seconds at a time. We recall that time is a man-made object to control the days of our experiences on Earth, and there is likely a connection between what we call 'death', life and the so-called time travel phenomenon, including unaccounted for missed time, since Time itself is a man-made concept to try to bring order and understanding to our experiences on this Planet.

Miss X presents a dedication to the iconic horror movie host of Saturday afternoons, Marty"Superhost" Sullivan, who passed away on Feb. 21, 2020.
He was also a guest on this show, Night Owls radio in 2009, and years later I would still hear how people couldn't believe I got Superhost to come on my show.
Miss X first met Superhost when taping a Christmas Choir concert she was performing in on WUAB-Channel 43 as a teenager. It was a great honor to get to speak to him here on Night Owls Radio in January of 2009 and reminisce about his monster movie science fiction film show that included The Three Stooges and a double feature of horror movies every Saturday afternoon .
We know that many people are mourning the loss of him, and this show is for all of you and all those great Saturday afternoons.

Rest in Peace, Uncle Vic. Tonite's show is dedicated to Miss X's favorite childhood radio D.J. Uncle Vic/Vic Blecman of Cleveland WGCL Radio 98 FM. We are below low-budget on this show. Listen LIVE as we explore the wooded area near where a person reported seeing a strange gorilla or bear-like creature walking on two legs carrying a large stick in a youtube video posted. Miss X DID, throughout many years spent walking and hiking in the forests and woods near this area, experience very eerie feelings, particularly at night, in areas that later reported strange sightings of, among other things, the enigmatic creature referred to as 'Bigfoot'. The sounds he is said to make in the woods are perhaps not in fear of you but, rather, to scare the human off.
