So a lot of times in therapy with my clients, I ask the question what anchors you? what anchors you spiritually? what anchors you emotionally? what anchors you physically? what anchors you relationally? what anchors you experientially? what grounds you? When we are not aware of what anchors us, we tend to fall deeply and hard into the COMPARISON trap!
When we know what anchors us, we have posture because we understand it's connected to our God-given identity.
