Richard Pan authored the legislation that stripped Californians of some of their most important medical freedom protections. He led the effort to eliminate California's personal belief exemption for school vaccine requirements and later championed legislation that severely restricted access to medical exemptions, leaving countless families with fewer options and greater government control over personal healthcare decisions. Thousands of families have been forced to choose between complying with the state's vaccine requirements or giving up access to traditional public and private schools. To put it simply, that's not freedom. That's full-blown coercion.
Now, Richard Pan is attempting to unseat Congressman Kevin Kiley, a steadfast defender of medical freedom and individual liberty. That's why this race matters, and that's why we're proud to support Kevin Kiley.
In this interview, Congressman Kiley shares why he's fighting to keep this seat, what he believes is at stake for California and the nation, and why protecting medical freedom, informed consent, medical privacy, and parental rights remains one of the defining issues of our time.

In this episode, we dig into why so many people leave conventional medicine hoping functional medicine will be the "exit ramp"โฆ only to end up overwhelmed by pricey testing, endless protocols, peptides, and supplement stacks. We clarify that functional medicine itself isn't the enemy. The real problem is bringing the same outside-in, fix-me mindset into a new system and calling it "natural."
We make the case that lasting health isn't something that happens to you. It's something you participate in, from the inside out, by rebuilding resilience, adaptability, and trust in the body's design to restore. We also challenge the cultural obsession with optimization, constant data, and "personalized medicine," including the risks of health-data harvesting and biosurveillance. Our bottom line: you shouldn't need a $2,500 buy-in to start healing. The better path is self-directed, principled, vitalistic healingโusing tools wisely, avoiding dependency, and choosing support that strengthens your body's own capacity instead of trying to supplement your way back to health.

In this episode, we explain that the "something's just not right" feeling is often a sign of devitalization, even when labs look unclear. From our perspective, people stay stuck because they chase symptoms instead of restoring the body in the right order: nervous system first, then cellular energy, microbiome, liver/detox flow, and hormones last as a downstream result. Our takeaway: remove interference, build the layers in sequence, and let the body do what it's designed to do, restore.

Today is launch day for Reclaim Vitality. We are celebrating the release of a book we felt deeply compelled to write for people who want to live naturally but feel unsure when it is time to make real health decisions. This book represents more than a decade of learning, teaching, and living a different paradigm rooted in trusting the body and how it was designed to heal. Reclaim Vitality is not a checklist. It is a framework for exiting conventional thinking and applying health freedom in everyday life. We are excited to share it with you and to grow a freer, healthier movement together, one vitalist at a time.

In this episode, we explore why New Year's resolutions often fail and argue that the problem isn't motivation, it's weak decision-making frameworks that collapse under stress. We share a simpler approach to health and life by focusing on making fewer bad decisions through clear guardrails, rather than chasing perfection or piling on tasks. Using our three principles of vitality, we explain how trusting the body's design, recognizing devitalization, and filtering interventions through revitalization can lead to more clarity, less chaos, and real freedom for individuals and families.

In this episode, we push back on the idea that "you have to be rich to be healthy," arguing that the biggest health breakthroughs usually come from subtracting what's harming you rather than piling on more supplements, tests, and protocols. We explain how both conventional and "functional" approaches can get expensive when they focus on treating symptoms instead of removing the everyday stressors that devitalize the body, using Dr. James Chestnut's "backpack" analogy: aging is a slow leak, but modern life throws "rocks" (poor sleep, ultra-processed foods, toxins, constant stress, fear, and more) into the backpack that make you sink faster. The practical takeaway is simple and accessible: pick one rock to remove this week, like sugar, late-night scrolling, or toxic inputs, so your nervous system can rebalance and your body can do what it's designed to do: heal.

Summary:
In this episode we talk about GLP-1s and peptides and why they've become such a big topic in health right now. We dig into what these compounds actually are, how they affect metabolism and the body's natural signals, and why so many people are drawn to them as a fast solution. We also talk honestly about the risks of trying to override what the body is designed to do, especially when people don't really know what they're taking or how it's made. And we take a closer look at the marketing machine behind these products, because a lot of what's being sold is more hype than help. Our biggest takeaway: real health isn't a shortcut, it's a long game, and we want people to feel informed, grounded, and empowered when they're making decisions about their bodies.

Together, they break down cultural myths around aging, highlight the importance of viewing this phase as an opportunity for personal reset, and unpack the hormonal shifts that occur. Dr. Northrup passionately calls women to reclaim their power, approaching perimenopause with greater awareness, self-trust, and empowerment โ especially amid the evolving landscape of womenโs healthcare.

In this powerful episode of The One Dream Podcast, Leah Wilson is joined by Michael Connett, a seasoned attorney specializing in toxic tort law, and Scott Kiley, Associate Director of Local Advocacy at Stand for Health Freedom. Together, they shine a light on one of the most overlooked and controversial public health policies of our time: water fluoridation.
Michael Connett shares firsthand insights from his recent landmark legal victory against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in which a federal court deemed fluoridation of public water an โunreasonable riskโ to childrenโs health. This is a groundbreaking step in holding regulatory agencies accountable and protecting families from harmful substances in the water supply.
Scott Kiley adds a powerful perspective from the ground level - explaining how local communities are organizing, educating, and pushing back through legislation and grassroots advocacy to ensure informed consent in matters of public health.
Topics Covered: ๐น Why fluoride is even in our public water supply ๐น The science behind fluorideโs link to neurological harm ๐น What the federal ruling means for the future of public water safety ๐น How citizens can take local action to challenge fluoridation policies

In this thought-provoking episode, Dr. Nick and Leah Wilson explore the complex and often misunderstood topic of birth control. With honesty and compassion, they break down common misconceptions surrounding hormonal contraceptives: how they work, what they do to a womanโs body, and the long-term impact they can have on health, fertility, and even relationships.
This isnโt just a conversation about side effects, itโs about sovereignty. Dr. Nick and Leah challenge the cultural normalization of prescribing birth control for every female health issue, from acne to painful periods, without fully informed consent. They highlight the importance of informed decision-making and reconnecting with the bodyโs natural rhythms instead of suppressing them.
Topics Covered: ๐น What hormonal birth control actually does to the body ๐น The cultural shift toward disconnecting women from their cycles ๐น Why โinformed consentโ is often missing in birth control conversations ๐น The medicalization of female health and whatโs being ignored ๐น Encouragement to ask deeper questions and reclaim authority over your health

Today we โStand for Health Freedom.โ I had a cherished personal wish and today Leah Wilson, the director of โStand for Health Freedom,โ explains how she is fulfilling it. Her organization has created a Declaration that those of us 50 years and older can sign to voice our conviction directly to our legislators that we do not want society shutdown on our account. Sure, we older folks are among the most vulnerable to COVID-19, but we want to see our schools, businesses, churches and places of recreation and entertainment open again.ย ย Signing the Declaration is simple, and then it will automatically be sent to your state representatives.ย ย When Congress is in session again, it will go to your representatives at the national level.ย ย We want American to be openโto come alive!โagain.ย ย Below is a direct link to your Declaration of freedom for America.ย ย And support โStand for Health Freedom.โ Itโs one of the most important organizations in defense of our freedoms in healthcare and everywhere.
In this episode, Dr. Wilson shares a conversation from The Dr. Peter Breggin Hour with health freedom attorney Leah Wilson.
Leah Wilsonโs โStand for Health Freedomโ is a bright light that banishes todayโs seeming gloom.ย ย An attorney and activist, Leahโs amazing organization can bring hundreds or thousands of people to bear upon a topic to write letters or to appear in person at hearings or other events.ย ย ย Her grassroots mobilizations are helping stem the tide of totalitarian public health measures during COVID-19 and her work will have more continuing and widespread effects in the coming years.ย ย โStand for Health Freedom,โ I predict, will someday bring millions of us together and become a vastly important force in improving healthcare and furthering liberty in America.ย Learn all about it!ย
