This podcast is a collection of stories and anecdotes from the past, both real and sometimes greatly imagined. They are all illustrated and narrated by Robert Score Sr. and produced by Robert Score Jr. Whether pure fact or fanciful yarns, each installment portrays the history and lore of an old family farm neighborhood in the Wallkill River Valley of southern New York State. That neighborhood, once in the middle of nowhere, is now a busy, crowded, suburb of New York City. Most of these farms and many of their families have now passed into history but these simple tales are both one man’s homage and mission to keep their memory alive.
