In this episode we are going to talk about how to produce your own cannabis seeds, Firstly we will start off with how to produce your own feminized cannabis seeds, and then we will get into how to produce your own regular cannabis seeds, this method will is more favorable to breeders, most growers want to know how to produce feminized seeds, so let's get into it, you need to turn your female plant hermaphrodite, preferably at the start of the flowering period, this will allow your plant to produce more seeds than if you were to turn it hermaphrodite late in the flowering period. There are many methods to turn your female cannabis plants hermaphrodite, but we are going to talk about the 2 methods that we use with our plants, with the first method you are going to need some colloidal silver and a spray bottle, When your plants begin to show flowers about 2 weeks in to the flowering period you are going to spray the bud sights with colloidal silver for a 1-3 days, This will cause your plants to turn hermaphrodite, In the second method all need to do is turn your lights on for 1 hour in the middle of the night during the third week of the flowering period. and because the genetics of the plant were originally female it will only produce feminized seeds.
Now we are going to talk about how to produce regular cannabis seeds, this is pretty simple, you need to have a male plant and a female plant, and you will use the male plant to pollinate the female, this will produce male and female seeds AKA Reg seeds because you have crossed a male and a female, as opposed to in the first method where you turned a female hermaphrodite and were only using female genetics so you come out with female seeds.
