We'll chat about different types of love, the role of forgiveness, and how embracing love can genuinely transform your life. I'll share some of my own experiences and thoughts on making love a daily practice. So grab your favorite drink, get comfy, and let's dive in.

had this epiphany on a hot girl walk and as usual thought, I'd share with you all, my troo family. did you know also that being unable to enjoy the present moment is a blockage of the root chakra? This energetic center is around the base of your spine and deals with security and stability, when it is fully open, you feel grounded, unafraid for your stability, and unafraid for your security, emotionally, physically, all of it.
