Ø Daniel 3 follows closely on the heels of Daniel 2, Ø This book is such an amazing book, it contains so many wonderful stories. Ø In the previous chapter we found out that he wanted to learn about the dream. Ø This chapter to me highlights the word FAITH., courage, conviction and commitment.

Will you have the same Faith as the boys from chapter 3 or will you allow the world to dictate and make the decisions for you?

How to cope?

By praying to God daily you will cope with any challenges that you will face.

Feeling stuck and disliking the wait - is a human feeling.

Psalm 27:14 - "Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord." 3. 2 Peter 3:9 - "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

Seek his wisdom, ask the lord to give you hope, strength and courage to keep going - until he knows you are ready for the next chapter.

Have a blessed Sunday!

You are witnessing to a college student who asks, “Why should I follow Jesus?” You tell him, “Because Jesus said, ‘I have come that you might have life, and have it more abundantly.’ Jesus will give you an abundant life. Not only that, He will give you peace with God. He will give you new purpose and meaning. He will help you overcome the temptations that would destroy your life. Being a Christian is the greatest life in this world. We should follow Jesus because He is Lord, not just because of what He can do for us. To have a faith that perseveres, you need to understand that Jesus Christ is the Sovereign Lord of authority. He is sovereign even over all of the evil things happening in the world. He will work all these things together for His glory and for the ultimate good of His saints. Jesus was not a well-meaning reformer who was tragically murdered because He made a mistake in picking a disloyal disciple who betrayed Him. He laid down His life for His sheep on His own initiative (John 10:17-18). Seek God- choose the right path.

Joseph spent 10-12 years in prison after he helped his family. When we experience disappointment, it’s because the expectations we had about something have gone unmet. We’ve put all our hope into an experience, event, or maybe even a person, and it didn’t go as planned. Some things disappoint us and only affect us for a few hours. Other disappointments break our hearts deeply.  Our relationship fails We don’t get the job The trip gets canceled We lose a loved one Our plans fall through Basically, we become disappointed when there’s a chasm between our expectations and what actually happened. Often, it’s disappointment that causes us to question God, because we wonder why our desires or hopes weren’t met. We feel He’s actually let us down. We must ensure we tackle these feelings of emotions and attitude of disappointment in order to have a peaceful life.  I hope you enjoy this  episode and tackle those demons you are facing.  Share with a friend to encourage them.  God bless you always, Fabiola - The Seeking x

The Israelites were enslaved and mistreated by the Egyptians for 400 years. Four hundred bitter years of pain, anguish, and shame. Four hundred years of wondering, "Where is God? Why does God ignore us? Why has God abandoned us?" We must know this about God. He is the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who cares. We can identify with the suffering of the Israelites. In our lives, there are periods of pain, fear, and anguish. At times, we too wonder: Does God care? Does God see? Has God abandoned me? EXODUS 3- verse 7 – THEN THE LORD SAID “ I HAVE SEEN HOW CRUELLY MY PEOPLE ARE being treated in Egypt; I have heard them cry out to be rescued from their slaved. I know all bout their sufferings. God is with us not against us. Seek his kingdom and you will have eternal peace - Fabiola Dos Ramos

Gratitude glorifies God. This alone would be reason to give thanks to God. Our gratitude glorifies God as we exalt not the gifts, but the Giver. Gratitude helps us realize all we have comes not because of us, but from God. And as God’s grace reaches more and more people, there will be great thanksgiving, and God will receive more and more glory. 2 Corinthians 4:15

Being stuck can mean a lot of different things.

Right now, you may be feeling mentally stuck in your current job.

You feel that you cannot resign, cannot find a better job, or perhaps just can’t find happiness in your current job.

Are you coming out of a season when life threw you some curve balls? Maybe your finances spiraled out of control or your marriage hit rock bottom. Maybe you lost your job or decided to leave your church. Maybe a close friendship faded and needs mending, or maybe you lost a loved one.

I think fresh starts begin when we ask God to guide our steps. It comes from the knowledge that through Christ, a fresh start is always available to us. You see, when we stumble and fall, God doesn’t notate that. He is a forgiving God who acknowledges our own setbacks, and encourages us to try again. Just as the father who nudges his child to put a Band-Aid on their skinned knee and get back on the bicycle, God picks us up when we fall.

The Bible tells us in Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Today, as you plan for the week ahead, reflect on the word of God and cherish through prayer the search for His wisdom; this is the correct use of the knowledge He gave you. To be an agent of wisdom, you must not exhaust yourself by seeking a new definition of His will; rather, enjoy yourself by showing a new demonstration of His will.

My first question to you is can you trust Gods’ timing? Many will rather be in the wrong relationship instead of waiting for God's timing.  Other's are scared of being alone.  In a broken society, who pressures people to fall in love quick and fast. Trusting God is the only remedy.  Ruth learnt to trust God, which lead her to her Boaz.

Are you following God or are you following a Crowd? Analyze the book of Daniel chapter 3, the three young men did not focus on things from the world.  They focused their eyes on God.  As humans we tend to focus on things from the world, this is all temporary. True happiness comes from God.

A prayer warrior in my opinion is a person who is compassionate and  likes helping other people, someone who is so focus on God that she seeks him before she seeks anything  from the world. She fast, she praises him and she goes to God before anyone else. The story of Gideon is a great example, that when God chooses us,  the enemy has no chance against us.  Be a Mighty Warrior, seek him first.  Be a Gideon, do not be anxious or worry. Trust God because he is the pillar of your house.  I hope this episode blesses you, and don't forget to study Gideon story- It will give you hope.  God bless you.  Fabiola

Forgiven is not easy, but when we forgive we allow God to restore our soul and heart.  Praying for your enemy is crucial, do not get even. Take it to God he will deal with them.  The sooner you forgive your brothers and sisters the sooner you will receive your blessings.  If God can forgive us, who are you not to forgive others?  Luke 6:27-28 "But to you who are listening I say; Love your enemies, do good to those  who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you". God bless you all

If your main focused is things from the world, like the next job move, relationship, pleasing people you will never be at peace, you will lose control and most importantly your mind will feel drained because you will always be wanting to focus on the next thing.

When we know God and trust him, this is where peace comes.  John 14:1 Says Do not let your heart be troubled.

Remember the devil will always come after you, the closer you are with God the harder his at work, and the first thing he will come for is your Mind and heart.

When you’re anxious turn to God, always be ahead before the enemy attacks you.

Be a full time christian, not a part-time one -Fabiola Dos Ramos.

Everyone knows about the Holy Spirit, but many fail to hear and listen to him.  This is why I wanted my podcast to be dedicated to the Holy Spirit and why it is important to trust him and be obedient when he speaks to you. This is crystal clear throughout the scriptures when it says you cannot live a godly life, you cannot serve God adequately unless you understand how he works in your life.

Faith is one of God’s most important gifts because we are saved through faith, and we are also called to live by faith every day. If you want to deal with difficulties things in your life, you got to set your focus on God. He is the one that has all the power, he is the one that loves you unconditionally. He is  the one that has made the promises, and his the one that never changes. The topic for this podcast is understanding Faith.
