As I have shared in the past couple of episodes, my family and I lost a very special person in my family. That very special person is my Uncle Monty, who is now in a better place. I miss him more than the world, and I know my family does, too. In this episode, I share the main way we all got through this difficult time in our lives, and how we still are today. If you are going through something similar or facing your own adversity, I hope you can take this episode as a reminder that everything will be okay and that you can get through it with the power of positivity and love for others.
