Join your hosts, Chonda Walden (Manager) and Larissa Norris (Coordinator), of the Council's Training & Development Department, as they provide insights into being a Professional Development Specialist for the Council for Professional Recognition. From trainings to interviews with industry thought-leaders, they'll dive deep into how to be your best as a PDS.

In this episode, Chonda and Larissa catch you up on what's happening at the Council, including talking about the 2021 EELC and the importance of leaving notes with each score.
On this episode, Chonda and Larissa interview the Council's CDA Credentialing Manager, Raquel Andrade, about the new requirement of adding a note for each score in the CSI. They'll go over why this change is being made, what kind of notes we're looking for and even some examples of scoring scenarios. This is an important episode, so give it a listen!
