Each episode will end with the Purpose Round whereby a series of the same questions are asked to every entrepreneur to help us understand their purpose. The unique thing about the Purpose Round is that each entrepreneur will have a different answer for the same questions. Jane Elliott has been a long time fighter against racism for over 40 years! She is mostly known for her blue-eyed brown eyed exercise used to help educate people on some of the negative impacts of racism. I always find it interesting how so many who partake in her exercise cannot handle it for one hour while black people have had to face racism their entire lives. Jane is very purposeful in her approach and given the racial uproar the world is currently in it was only fitting to have her on the show. Isaac Jr. Olowolafe had his father instill seeds of entrepreneurship and business like tendencies in him from when he was a young kid.
