Driven by the shared English background they love bringing a taste of Britain across the pond to their British and Anglophile customers in the US and beyond. There's something strange about The Pause.
I define 'The Pause' as a period of time (could be a few days or a few weeks) where ideas are brewing, thoughts are being mulled over even offers are being dreamed up but NOTHING is being implemented and no action is being taken.
Like a Sit and wait period of time.
Some call it integration, but I felt broken with a capital B.
I've finally learned to respect this time, enjoy it even and after successfully surviving a 4-week long pause this past month I may officially pause every January! (someone hold me to this please!)

Ever ask a question on social media and get zero responses? Don't feel bad.
I love when biz owners source their audience! It's the best way to learn more about them and their needs BUT it can be tricky!
Asking your audience to reveal something that they might not be comfortable answering, publicly, is where the disconnect is.
Even the most outgoing fan may not want to comment in a public thread. #truth
Put yourself in their shoes. How would you respond? How would you like to be asked?
Don't stop asking questions...I absolutely LOVE questions as a way to engage your audience however when it comes to a 'loaded' question, here are some solutions: 1. Ask a Q where that the answer can be a simple Yes or No 2. Use POLLS, allowing your audience to pick the answer that feels right for them, or fill in their own 3. Use your FB Groups, which are primarily closed or private, a place where your members feel safe talking with you online.

What are you doing to prepare? What are you doing to plan?
When you prepare and plan ahead your marketing becomes a priority - imagine how that will feel!
Do you try to find a dog sitter for your dog on the day you are leaving for vacation? No, you plan ahead.

Clear instructions (CTAs) providing details on how to get them where you want them to go is a vital part of your marketing.
Never assume they know what we want them to do so we must break it down into mini- calls to action.... "Comment below and let me know if you hear me" "Do this today" "Click here now" "Message me to learn more"
Practice dropping these breadcrumbs in your messaging. Get your audience used to hearing action words - MAKE IT EASY for them to take the next step,
