FAMILY AND NATIONAL INHERITANCE
What makes a family or nation? -A name, a set of beliefs and values written or spoken which are handed down generation to generation.
Matt. 3-4 -Who are God’s people? -What makes them so? -How do they conduct themselves? -It’s the Word of God: His spirit, His seed, His torah. -The words of the father and leader
Words, written or spoken, are the most powerful things in the universe.
The Essence of Matt 3-4 : John’s baptism and Yeshua’s temptation -Spirit then physical, unseen then seen, seed the fruit
John 8:31-47, Romans 9:8
Deut. 33:2-4 Fiery Law, Inheritance
It is written: Matt 4:4,7,10
It’s a battle of history and words. This is life, our journey through the wilderness. Who controls the past controls the future.

In this week’s message Warren Tanner takes us through the first two chapters of the Book of Job. Job was a real person who went through life issues that many of us have. Through Job’s life we can gather lessons to draw on throughout our own lives. Warren covers three points: The Character of Job, The Challenge of Satan and The Confidence of God.
Listen along as Warren teaches us valuable insights from the life of Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 18.
Listen along as Luke takes us through 2 Chronicles 29 to the end of the book. King Hezekiah restore the Temple and much more.
This week’s shabbat message we read and learn from the life of Jehoshephat King of Judah. Jehoshaphat was the son of King Asa. We first learn the LORD was with him because he walked in the first ways of David his Father. This was a way of saying he was a good king. David is always the standard the Bible uses for a good Biblical leader or King. The Bible tells us he walked with the LORD God of his father, and in his commandments, and not after the doings of Israel. Israel at this time was steep in idolatry with king Ahab on the throne. It is important to note here the importance the text puts on his keeping the Torah. There is always blessing in keeping the commandments of God. But this is just the beginning.. Follow along as we read from 2 Chronicles 17-20 and learn from God’s word.
